Exactly, I find it surprisingly compelling. In the end, Seth is not so different from all the others that Bison has victimized, and he/she has suffered like Decapre has suffered, maybe even more. It is an ironic hell that he's trapped in, forever chasing phantoms. And considering how his 'evil' came from Bison's design, you might even say that he didn't deserve any of it.

I like to imagine after the “serious error” it’s just Seth twitching and writhing on the street gibbering to himself, occasionally letting loose blasts of power that might hurt someone if people hadn’t already fled the scene. He’s completely broken, and his resurrection was all just so he could be tormented by it one more time.

Seth is simply amazing but very creepy when he drive into madness. I really understand his madness: treating like a doll by a psycho sociopath like Mr.Bison and breaked and disrespected by Juri i hope see the video with seth moves soon

so Juri tried to upload Seth into a doll body but messed something up so badly that he started glitching and attacking everyone believing to be bison before finally presumably crashing from all the errors. yeah Juri definitely works for bethesda.

He is supposedly a perfect soldier, not a leader. And this is probably what cost him everything. Seth is pretty much like SNK’s Rugal. Could have been heck of warriors but instead they seek unlimited strengths and got consumed instead.
