I am quite consider myself as a "degenerate" but that just means i appreciate art wether its sfw or its nsfw, but sometimes... And quite honestly often times that the nsfw is much more beautiful tbh
Yeah, but to many SFW artists, me included. It looks like you either need the skill Edward Hopper, or draw porn to get anywhere art wise. I know many great artists way more skilled than I, that get less views than two stick figures doing the ye ol' stickbug dance under the sheets.
There's so many NSFW artists who have really fun, creative SFW works, but they're so few and far between because they gotta pay the bills and keep the core audience happy
Hey, its been a long time since i expressed my opnion in a post of yours and you got pacient enough to reply me and then i just feel so bad that every time i remember that i start to feel sad and guilty since i make you lost your time to reply a idiot in the Internet, and i making this wall of text without thinking what anyone will say about me Just to say: sorry God i hate anxiety
Found a cute comic strip about Know Your Worth only to discover the artist drew mostly nYd3 women (f3mNHNCm art) and her entire art was deleted. The comic brought me to her Amino and by examining her account, I can find her Tumblr and Instagram. She had different names, one being "Chocolatte Cream" that appeared on this cute comic strip The weird letters are Cyrillic letters for 4L7ospeak
I do nsfw but my heart will always love to draw wholesome sfw chibi commissions 😭 (and funny enough, my nsfw are not the ones that I sell the most, its the chibi sfw lol)
Funny thing is that when they make SFW art it's usually more wholesome and meaningful than those cutesy wholesome ones from SFW artists. Only those who live in darkness can understand the importance of light, i guess.
unironically a good worldview. there is a reason ex-prisoners end up being the most humble and enlightening to listen to religious people you'll ever meet. sometimes to really appreciate the little normal things of life you have to have those things no longer be taken for granted.
also HAPPY NEW YEAR !!! BONNE ANNEE !!!! Wish you the best, health, happiness and everything good! Thanks as always for the support here on RU-vid! Merci beaucoup tout le monde !!
i had a friend who did nsfw arts a lot, and when they showed me their sfw artwork i was literally in shock. i do sfw, but their sfw pieces were SO much better than mine 😭
One thing about nsfw artists is that you'll never find an artist alive better at human anatomy, unless it's someone who has a degree in anthropology and primatology
Honestly I feel kinda bad for them not only do they attract a very specific audience (sometimes a lot of degenerates) and they have to keep up with that type of content or else they'll lose their fanbase but also it sucks that they don't get as much praise when they draw something wholesome just for fun. I wonder if they ever get uncomfortable with the comments I know I would
Imagine a sfw artist that has a reputation for drawing wholesome cute things just one day straight up draws the most cursed, gore, demonic drawing ever. Then continue drawing wholesome stuff. And act like nothing ever happens.
I've seen it before yes. As well as artists that draw really tame and relatively wholesome and cute lewd art .. but have that one picture where it's like gore-feces-diaper-rape-fetish porn and then they returned to their usual. Or more disappointingly, when it's the opposite and I see an amazing and cute pjc and check the artist out for more and it's all disgusting shit
@@theSato yeah, i once saw an evangelyne r34 and I really liked the drawing style, then when I went to see the author's other work the first thing I saw was one name only... e621...
I think it’s also the fear of “ oh shit people are following me for lued things, artwork like that is gonna be the only thing that brings in likes now.......what type of trap did I just willingly stick my leg into”
Maybe dyslexia in comments linked with the fact that peoples that write comments are not enough knowing English peoples? So they use tracing paper from their mother language to English. (Actually all mistakes here were added for dyslexia effect :P)
@@zacktheslayer6564 I made a loan translation ("tracing paper") from Russian to English. When people with bad knowledge of English try to write something complicated they use loan translation quite often. It creates dyslexia in their comments.
Idk why but I think this portrays the relationship with shorts vs longform content. Once you become a shorts creator, it’s hard to make longform content. It’s cause yt pushes shorts so much it’s hard not to do them
It’s sad because some nsfw artists get flak simply for being an nsfw artist, I’ve seen several comments on this dude’s amazing SFW art piece where they say it looks good but it’s ruined because they’re an nsfw artist.
Why must people pidgeonhole artists (visual, performance, music, etc.) into specific genres and subgenres of their own steez? Just lemme do what I want, fools! Don't typecast my content!
That’s really sad, nsfw art isn’t for everyone but it can be really really good and if it’s what the artist enjoys then they should not be shamed for it. NSFW is not a bad thing and people need to stop equating porn with being evil or nasty. I mean there’s a huge demand for it because people enjoy it. It should not stop a person from being appreciated as an artist if they decide to do some sfw or continue with nsfw
@@snappishtemperament213 thats not how people work. Just look at when a youtuber tries to move their content from one game to another. Their channel dies lol. Unless you take the necessary procautions then you aren't going to be like markiplier and be flexible. Thats just how the world works. If ya cant adapt your gonna be stuck
As a writer who started out doing NSFW, I expected that stories I made that weren't NSFW wouldn't get nearly as much attention, but it was a pleasant surprise that it's not the case!! It seems in writing, there's always an audience for everything lmao (...as long as the concept is interesting and/or original, that is....)
if you choose the nsfw route, you get a much higher chance of picking up an audience with the downgrade of anything sfw being very unlikely to be noticed. If you pick the sfw route, it'll take time to build an audience unless you get lucky but you can do whatever you want and everyone will still be there to support you.
Ehh... I don't think the road's that rigid. NSFW can do as they please just as well as SFW. I don't think this video represents their attitude that well
I watch all of Derpixons SFW stuff. His porn came after the fact. Same with Mike Inel. That's two big boys making, at the very least, mild versions of all their stuff
The problem with NSFW fans they like the artist but they only stay around for the NSFW and don't care about the great art that they produce that isn't someone getting screwed for once
@@tvgaming2132 And the problem with SFW artists making NSFW content is them getting huge amounts of flak because they had the audacity to share it. "tHeRe aRe kIdS fOlLoWiNg yOu!"
The difference is that one requires bleach, in which the other, does not edit: I meant bleach for the eyes for the nsfw, the sfw is fine I guess... *Unless it's gore...*
depends on a lot of things tho, not every sfw art is entertaining and not every nsfw art is pron. the mos important factor is to which demografic of people you show the art, there are a LOT of art pieces out there so its probable yours, weather is sfw or not, will be lost in a sea of drawings and other kinds of art. and the experiment might also be flawed since, you know, different likes and dislikes.
Funny because I see the reverse of this on twitter. SFW artists getting bullied or harassed for drawing anything risque and NSFW artists getting praised as wholesome and cute for drawing SFW.
@@user77797 I love it when people forget about the renaissance times. Like people swear up and down they'll have a heart attack should their fav NSFW artist draw sfw in the same stuff.
Or just have this account and cater to the Elite Furry community exclusively. I mean said community have been waiting for years and years for it to happen.
That's... Actually a pretty good point, they classify as a kind of sex worker after all. And while I suppose the term is supposed to be used for things you'd get in trouble for watching at a regular job your boss isn't exactly going to be happy if they catch you watching Pokemon instead of working. Heh, language can be pretty funny can't it. :P
The fact that NSFW artists are almost always awesome artists. I had a friend with mad artistic skills, and when he confessed he used to do R34 I was like "Oh... Everything makes sense now"
Nsfw artist are pretty impressive man, one of my friend sucks at drawing until they started becoming an nsfw artist. He went on to become as good as my other sfw artist friends who spend years getting good in just 6 months because of it.
I actually did a theory of this years ago. I did a drawing of nature with colors and it looked really good but I did my first mature drawing that I wasn’t really happy about. MY MATURE DRAWING GOT more likes than my nature one. And nature art is so difficult
“Public nudity is not okay, unless it’s in some random painting from 200 years ago.” - school Edit: of course I know the difference between nudity and porn I was just making a joke
A theory: people who follow SFW are often there for the art where people who follow NSFW are there for the naked stuffs and are less likely to like art or be an artist. So when SFW does NSFW people get to see how well they understand anatomy and how they paint skin and lighting, but when NSFW does SFW people aren’t looking for the art so much so they don’t appreciate a different way of making art.
I agree, I remember doing NSFW my first time and I noticed how bad my proportions were. I’m kinda glad I did that because my proportions looked way better after that.
Okay Im going to try to explain this. If you're looking for an NSFW artist, it's easy to ignore a few SFW drawings. If you're looking for a SFW artist, you are not going to ignore an NSFW drawing
I find NSFW artwork are oftenly gorgeous or phenomenal and people very take care/ put alot of effort into their creation while SFW usually has little worse quality, hard to point out the lack of must/standard depend on your art or either improve.
I wouldn’t think so? Seeing as all sites require you to “confirm” that you’re over 18 before they let you see anything nsfw. Obviously people under 18 say they’re not under 18 all the time, but they know what they’re getting into and are intentionally looking for porn. It would be a logical fallacy to say a typically-sfw artist is scarring children with nsfw works.
@@sparky6757 that only happens on actual porn sites, but if the artist is posting their stuff on a social media platform, there wouldn’t be an age wall that you could pass with a button. Besides on Reddit, if you have that setting active. They may put a warning slide if they’re posting it on Instagram, but Twitter doesn’t typically come with those, as it displays all the pictures at once.
@Unojhiir0 puppychan? i think why people were mad at her is because she knew minors were following that account but "couldn't be bothered to block them" and essentially turned it into some "I hate minors!!" bullshit before suicide baiting
As a NSFW artist, I've already accepted that the pieces that will receive the most attention are the ones I least expect. I sketched a simple plushie drawing, no mature content at all, and it had the most amount of likes I've had in months by far. So it's better to draw what you enjoy, likes and comments are often outside of your control 😅
Me painting normal art: ❌💵 Me painting fetish art for furries: 💵💵💵💵💵💵💵 Edit: i hate that my most favourited comment is about me doing nsfw art for furries
I know I use a secondary account for liking/commenting on pr0n, which makes showing off the occasional SFW piece pr0n artists make hard on my SFW account. "Oh, that's pretty! Wonder what else this artist-"
Actually drawing nsfw, as crazy as it may seem, can actually help you learn and practice anatomy. A lot of learning and professional artists use this technique. ~Sincerely, an sfw artist :)
@@xXJ4FARGAMERXx Tbh, a lot of formal art training requires drawing nude models. Makes sense. Plus, drawing NSFW may require you to draw hard-to-draw angles, which also increases your proportion/anatomy skill.
I mean, everybody has to draw nude bodies regardless if you’re sfw or nsfw. Sfw artists are still more likely to draw bodies accurately tho, since 90% of nsfw artists exaggerate and stylize proportions to the max
u know that nsfw art is still art right... what is this "regular" art purity coming from? they are there for the art, they just prefer the nsfw version, nothing wrong with it, it's a preference.
@@anarchyfork2676 ....they're both art. sexuality and sexual art has always been normal and widespread, stop stigmatizing something so humane and normal maybe? then maybe the nsfw artist bashing we see wouldn't happen if people didn't immediately clutch their pearls after seeing a couple drawn nipples. also, nsfw isn't only sexual, it includes gore, blood etc too but the only thing that alarms people is weirdly not the "harmful" type but the... sex.... so yeah. ofc they aren't the same and no one is obliged to like either of them but it doesn't mean one is "regular" and the other is "other". they're both regular art. just go to an art museum and you would know.
I have been on deviantart for 5 yrs and have about 200 watchers and it hasn't moved since then. I make cute art and many characters but I am yet to finish a project... Except that preschool story.
I feel genuinely so bad for the nsfw duck, especially since nsfw artists are usually skilled at art, and putting that effort into a art piece that’s barely loved hurts, and I never even experienced it
@@ForgerOfThingsKeep in mind to be able to break the rules of art, you need to learn them first. A lot of artists over exaggerate porportions on purpose, but can do a more standard body type. They just don't want to.
When I was younger, I posted ONE photo of a cute bunny and got a request for NSFW by a degenerate who wanted me to draw 2 furrys doing very non-family friendly things for like 2k. I declined and deleted my social media accounts. NSFW art will forever be held in the darkest pits of hell for that.
I mean there is just more demand for NSFW, simple tbh. and I don't see to many people talk about it but people are more in-demand for animation work than art itself. I can recommend animation work, tis a lot of fun when you get a schedule down c:
I'm making a comic that starts out all NSFW and horny like but then at the end it becomes wholesome and SFW. it's for April fools though I haven't finished it yet. Ignore this BS. I gave up on it because I grew to dislike the entire plotline, characters, and setting.
LMAO, i definitely felt that way when i did my first nsfw drawing and people were very supportive! I had one of my followers actually get mad at me for drawing nsfw though cause he said "his whole innocent image of me in his head was shattered" like um???? thats weird???? why am i an innocent flower in your head, i dont even know you
NSFW: Is super helpful in getting popular, is helpful for better anatomy drawning Bad: It's NSFW SFW: Is appropiate, is helpful for kids. Bad: Not popular
not safe for work art is one of the worst ways of fetting famous on the internet, because the majority of the fame is negative (i know this because i absolutely effing hate not safe for work art and there are millions of other ppl that hate it as well)
Plot twist: The guy's "first mature work" was actually an extremely intricately designed circuit board (with no NSFW looks on it whatsoever) that sent out radio waves designed to trigger people's "OMG I LOVE THIS" body response to the max. He never really said it was a mature work, he was only edited to say that. What he really said was, "Alright, radio waves... DO YOUR THING!"
