SG Sunny Gold Classic Original Limited Edition
Huge thanks to Navdeep Handa for supplying this bat for review. Not sure where he purchased it. RRP was 80000 INR but a quick google search found hits in the 60000 INR.
He did not send it with the bag.
My audio for the first part had did not record, so I actually used the audio from my new phone, which was not bad at all. The video it records is a bit cold and i was still refining the lighting to help. It will improve over the next few months as i learn all the new features.

I like the stickers. Thats it. The rest is underwhelming. I feel like a Bat Width Police 🚔 😕

Maybe it's me but I do prefer the look of the bat once you've oiled it. Gives it a more natural & warm look rather than than the super white look of the bat prior to knocking it in. Still a beefy looking piece of willow even if you do lose a few mills off the width which I don't personally mind.

I have a 9 grain mb Malik reserve edition I was really excited when I got it but I just can’t use it anymore it’s just too narrow and it feels like I’m playing with a size 6 bat

Yet again an excellent review!! Could you please elaborate on that one super dark green where's the right hand side of the bad before you old it? Will that cause any cracking or performance issues later on?

Great review! Just wondering why would someone pay top $$ for this. Just for the branding? Other than that, doesn't seem to offer any additional value benefits...

I have an SG made kookaburra and on the back of the bat up high it is only 102mm wide. It's the last online purchase I'll ever make of a bat made by them.

😘 absolutely stunning piece of willow.👍 Just wanted to ask your Marc sir. When at the time of oiling you do remove all stickers of the new bats?? Or just oil below of stickers rather I would say rest part of the bats apart stickers??

I oil the playing area, then with any residual oil i lightly oil any exposed timber with the exception of the splice. No i do not remove the stickers or oil them.
