I'm just waiting for his bird calls to come back when he's angry and we get his Angry Bird phase.

Standard courses will keep it consistent on who has the crown, but it trades hands in areas where you need to keep momentum going (like in races for example)

I like that people attempt this fairly precise manoeuver and at no point do they think "Wait, I'm playing a MARIO game, they'd never expect me to do that, maybe there's another way..."

Have you never seen Fire Luigi before? The only reason Daisy gets an orange trim is because Peach already has the red trim on her dress.

@@SonicmaniaVideos Yes, I have. I'm confused, Fire Luigi has green on white, fire Daisy has orange on white. Mario, Peach and Rosalina all get Red and white. The Toads get red and their respective colors. It doesn't really matter why she has it, just that she does. Besides, if they really wanted to, they could have given her the regular colors since her hair is different enough from Peach's to stand out.

Same with the Toads. Everybody gets their own color scheme for both the fire and bubble flowers. But I'm still salty that Yoshi cannot make eggs and throw eggs

Red with orange sounds like a good combination... If you're saying she should have Peach's colors...no. Peach's dress is a reference, Daisy's isn't.

@@SonicmaniaVideosMario had that going for him with the Fire Flower in Super Mario Bros. 3 on the NES, where his hat and shirt remained blue, but his overalls become orange.

I've been a Sonic fan since 1991, and the complaints about Superstars are very well deserved. It's a good game, but it is hella flawed!

Same here and yeah definitely, its good, but it has flaws. Just think if they didn't advertise on multiplayer too much and give it time in the blender fo rbetter performance...then it would've turned out better. But overall it was a single player mindset.@@esmooth919

You're onto something, problem is I don't think Nintendo's figured out a suitable replacement for lives (ironically Sonic Superstars did with Medals... same with Origins, for that matter).

You can't exactly die in that level to begin with... But...in any other case I wouldn't really call it an admission for a game to not really punish you in a level that's basically a tutorial for how to use a game mechanic, even the "hard" ones. Try harder.

I wonder why some insist on keeping the lives system when we already had a bunch of great 2D platformers without them YEEEEEARS ago.
