This is great content. Thank You. In my opinion, sulphonylureas eventually burn the beta cells and should rarely be prescribed. In general, SGLT2i and Metformin are well tolerated by patients; however, we have no information about long-term safety of SGLT2i's. I wondered why eating plant-based nutritional (moderate-carb) foods and a modest weight loss goal wasn't recommended for someone with mild HBA1C. Have worked very well for me and I use a CGM. My HBA1C dropped from 7.2 to 5.4 and I am keeping it within range Just a thought
