SGPD Active Shooter Officer Training 

Police officers conduct “Active Shooter” training on Utah Tech campus
ST. GEORGE, Utah (6/12/2024) (Utah Tech University ) - An estimated 80 police officers participated in an active shooter training at Utah Tech University. The event was activated by the St. George Police Department to prepare officers what to do in case of an incident on campus or in any other school or facility.
The annual training is ongoing for officers to be ready to take action in any given situation.
