Rick has to kill Shane. It's all Lori's fault. Carl doesn't listen, runs off doing whatever the hell he wants. It's all Lori's fault. It's so incredibly annoying

S3 Lori is great as she shows what she brings to the table, she trusts Ricks leadership, backs up his plays, reassures him and gives him someone to bounce ideas off. She's actually trying to be worthy of being part of the group and to Rick. She's also taking accountability for her mistakes and tries to actually fix her relationship with Rick, whilst also fully understanding how it's not going to be easy for Rick as well as acknowledging how much she hurt him and how her mistakes lead to traumatising him, through Shane's death. Rick on the other hand is understandably hurt but is also being kind of petty in the way he refuses to acknowledge Lori, even in the last scene he says "We are awfully grateful for what you did today" instead of "I'm awfully grateful for what you did today" he's saying it as the leader of the group, not as Rick Grimes. It's obvious Lori is desperate to garner any affection back from Rick, who is kinda using that to hurt her. Which spirals into the problems he faces later on in the season when he realises he should have made the effort to reconcile with Lori

One of the many things they made better in the show. Would've been out of character for Rick to just shoot him without proof that the dude was going to try some dumb shit.

@@MFBloosh He had plenty of proof though. The dude literally started a revolution against Rick and the group right before Rick killed him. He was 100% planning to kill Rick and Rick knew it, but knew killing him in front of everyone would start more problems.

Yeah watching it the first time you might not pay attention enough to pick up on it, but throughout the episode Andrew was always siding with Tomas and trying to act like his henchman and right after Rick killed Tomas, you can see Andrew scream “Nooo!” and swings his baseball bat at Rick (who dodges it) and that’s what lead to Rick chasing Andrew out into the courtyard.

I really hope he is not this way for much longer. I can't keep watching them argue about obvious stuff for much longer.

I’m 42 and I hadn’t watched Walking Dead or Breaking Bad until the last few years ago. And other shows. I just was always either working or doing other things when these shows aired on TV. So it’s not really that strange for people to have not seen some things.

I’m watching it for the first time and I’m on s10 and it’s been less than a month. Beat show I’ve ever watched even better than got. Just watch alpha death 😂

I am excited to see others getting into the universe but after 11 years on tv you have to had heard of somethings. Spoilers. Yes it is a must seen. I get people work people not into zombies, but you invest your time into these characters and it is amazing . Could you survive?

Interesting. If my memory serves me right (been awhile since reading the comics), there are only 4 total prisoners: Axel, Thomas, Andrew, and Dexter (bald black guy). Thomas claims to be in there for “tax evasion” when in reality he’s a psychopathic murderer who brutally kills two of Hershel’s very young daughters that aren’t in the show. Then at one point when Rick and the other prisoners are about to open a storage unit or armory of some sort, there’s a panic and Rick shoots Dexter in the head I believe. This causes Andrew (who has dreads in the comics) run out of the prison crying never to be heard from again. So the only remaining prisoner was Axel who was the only chill one but unfortunately when the Governor attacks I believe Axel takes a bullet to the head 😢

My memory is shaky on some of this but I think that was the gist of it. Also, when Rick they finds the prison, they go back to Hershel’s farm to bring them to the prison. During the Governor attack, Hershel’s oldest son Billy (who wore a headband and manned the guard tower) was also killed by the Governor invasion. I think Otis dies in the attack too right? All I remember is how skinny Otis is in the comics and that he eventually dies along with Patricia.
