LOL! Decker swimming for it! Lost a board in Lake Michigan that way. Was winter. Wasn't going in after it because I didn't want to go into shock, but, it was the best board I had back in the 80s. A Kele Roscran.
Old fart here. You guys skating the long flat stairs in Huntington literally brought tears to my eyes. That spot will forever be known as the spot Tom Penny absolutely murdered. Ever seen his part in TSA life in the fast lane where he kickflips from the top stairs down into the long flats? You should right this minute if you've never seen it. Absolutely Fucking nuts. I was there with some friends skating during one of those sessions. I can also go to every single spot in his part by memory 25 years later. Grew up skating in that area during that era of skateboarding. Man seriously sooooo emo. Long rant but dude.....just got hit with mad nostalgia. Sick video.

@@daledecker You da man Dale. I can remember getting injured and getting pissed like that because I knew I wouldn't be skating for a while. Just be glad the water wasn't deep. I lost a board that way in Lake Michigan in the winter. I wasn't going in after it. It was my favorite deck of all time, but, not worth going into shock and getting hypothermia. In my case, I would have been swimming 10 feet down or more.
