@@jd2792 That’s the thing, his arrival is why we don’t need a third temple. The temple was meant for two reasons: 1. A “home” (משכן) for god in the earth, the place where his holy spirit was the most prevalent. 2. A place of sacrifice to ask for atonement for our sins. When Yeshua died, a new covenant with god was made, that made it so the temple wouldn’t be the only place with a major godly presence anymore, but the entire world and even we became temples of god. And there was no need for sacrifices anymore because Yeshua was the ultimate sacrifice for all of our sins forever. And that’s also why forty years later the temple was destroyed. It became a place for exchange of money by the corrupt religious leaders of the time, instead of the glorified temple of god it was before, so just like Yeshua prophesied in Matthew 24: 2, the temple was destroyed and wasn’t needed anymore.
