I just bought a PW Wildberry Heuchera today and planted it under my catalpa tree, but it’s just now waking up so there is quite a bit of sun there right now. The catalpa tree is the only thing I have left in my flower garden from the previous owner and I can’t say that I love it.
Catalpha trees are messy with their white flowers dropping everywhere. We have our trampoline somewhat under the canopy so the grandkids have to sweep all the time before they jump. But I really love the Wildberry heurchera and hosta around the base. Best of luck with your garden. Thanks for commenting.
That is a sweet little spot you have there. I love how you mirrored the Heuchera colour to match the tulips. Did you do a follow up video later showing what it looks like? I’m not sure if you ended up finding out the name of the hostas. Here in Australia they’re called Hosta Francee - they have lavender to lilac flowers in Summer.
Don't know the name of the hosta. My kindergarten teacher friend was Dividing hers from around her pool and most all the teachers in our school have hosta from her. I've divided what I got from her several times.
