Back to the Quad-got tears in my eyes and a shiver down my spine-This one is for Davo my brother-we used to get batterd to this tune- I miss you x if only we could have them days back again. I am too going to make everyone listen to this tune whilst dancing away' not very becoming of a 42 year old.
went to a reunion of a club i used to go to more than 25 years ago. the place was full of 40, 50 and 60 year olds plus some brought there kids and grandchildren. the place rocked like the old days. only snag. been nearly 50 my knees started going afterwhile and ache like fook the morning after lol but was so worth it. they played this tune and for a brief second i hurtled back in time to a time less complicated than the life i have now. just a top top tune..
Only people in these comments will understand the feeling on a Mitsubishi standing in a club or on a field feeling this tune, 80s early 90's kids only.
Wow! Put this tune at our Xmas party (after drinking plenty of alcohol...unlike the old days!) me and my brother dancing around the kitchen like lunatics. We danced like we were on a mission.......forcing my 12 year old daughter and nephew to listen to the "best tune ever" and highlight the dance skills their dads never lost..... I swear they listened to this tune 10 times before we would let them leave the kitchen. Love this tune as much as I loved it then!!!! Thanks for the memories.
I still love this tune as much as the first time I ever heard it back in the day. I'm a big hairy 40 year old and when I listen to this on my ipod walking down the street I sing it out loud "Queen Baby.........wooooooowoowowoooo" you should see the looks I get.
Always be a club classic this. Reminds me of Me & Best Mate Scott V raving to it at one of our favourite clubs back in the day. R.I.P. Scott will forever miss you my brother from another mother. Never forgotten mate.
164968, this is a crime against music and should be, in the millions cause, when i worked on the doors this set the place alight and at every other venue i fell into, loved the nineties.
Takes me back to 1995. I was 15 then. Loved it then and love it even more now. It sounds so much better. I think I was spoilt back then me thinks lol!!
First time I heard this it didn't do it for me but man does this track grow on your after a while. Everything is incredibly on point, lyrics, snares, piano, that thumping sub-bass, everything.
Definitely from the days before autotune ;-) Takes me right back to the early 90's.. clubbing in Birmingham, Coventry, Wolverhampton... A big posse of us working for Codemasters making some classic games (Micro Machines, anyone?), building the Game Genie and Having It Large all over the country. A damn fine time to be in your 20s
Live p.a Spain 93 or 94 in a bull ring when Raindance came over weren't bad.. Fuck off it was the nuts! Can't believe I'm 49 this year. Sort of remember it in a flash backy kind of way!!
