When you see the part where an explosion blasts her back into the plane and you realize that the gremlins are actually one of the realistic parts of the trailer.
There are a few documented cases of this happening, though, too. There was an individual blown from their plane in Europe iirc, during war, without a parachute -- before fatally contacting earth, a building below was struck by explosive munitions and the shockwave reduced their velocity enough for them to survive the high altitude to ground journey. Not saying what's in the film is plausible, but...
That's how: good -> the Moretz in a hardcore-equality-flic on the right side (the manly men's side) of equality, and the trash part -> well, the bloody unnecessary Zombie-Alien of course; but when everybody can go out and to the cinema in 2021 only *_once_* , You gotta press all eventualities into one damned flic ....
That scene where she falls and go back kills everything. Fiction is fiction but it should not look so "dumb". If the scene can cause such a resonance, it must be redone or cut off! I like Chloe very much as an actress and wish her every success in this business.
It should have killed her instantly by the shockwave of the blast right away. But hey... if she dead then where's the fun eh...? The hell with scientific accuracy bullshit, it's a popcorn movie that supposed to make ypu delighted and have fun with it in your seat. We need more of this.

Maybe the other actors are fine with that, I bet they don't even want to be in the credits :P And also because of this trailer and the Tom and Jerry one, she is the new Adam Sandler to me.

i hear you im a bit bored of the girl with 2020 attitude in a historical setting. You know why not make a female character who is great for the time they are in and not great for 2020...but i know that sadly sounds sexist to many that will read this

Exactly. The movie was looking very intriguing up until that scene. We don't really need another stupid Indiana Jones being tossed a mile in the air by a nuclear detonation kind of thing. Goofy action to a degree can be fine, but let's not be utterly ridiculous.
I’m fine with that scene but the whole film doesn’t look that way. So it doesn’t make sense, I don’t mind the physics. The Fast and Furious are amazing doing that and its entertaining.
Chloë's back, it's been a while since I've last seen a movie from her. I want to see her star in more T.V series because imo they're doing better than most movies right now.
@@eden20111 That's rather normal. "Keeping" up an accent that isn't your default requires a ton of research and practice. You have to realise how people modulate their voices and pronunciations during different emotional states. It's a matter that the people whoose accent you might be trying to emulate don't even realise themselves. I mean, do YOU stop to notice HOW you pronounce things VS how they sound out of your mouth? Even more so when you speak faster or whisper, which is when auditive information gets the most pure.

In the movie, her character is faking the accent in the beginning and then goes to a regular American accent and in some moments goes into an awkward western accent
Honestly, I though Overlord was good after misjudging it. This movie looks fun and I like the alternate WW2 setting, gets people to do research into that era.
If Dom and his "family" can defy physics, logic and science....why can't this? Personally, they're both ridiculous flicks. Pass on this movie. And pass on F&F too.

Well, it depends on what you see as popcorn entertainment. To me, the Indiana Jones movies are nothing but popcorn entertainment. And I love those movies.

@@maddrop It is and I might sound like one of those lulus. But Hollywood is bleeding money right now do to the Virus. With the theaters closed they are not getting as much money as they normally do. Which means they are not making money on movie ticket sales. So high profile actors and screen writers are not getting paid their insane amount of money to support all their habits and mansions. So they are going to raise their prices in order to support their life style which the industry are not or unable to pay. Thus expect crappy movies for the next year or so.
The sad thing is that even when this movie bombs, Hollywood will just say that the audiences were too prejudice to acknowledge the brilliance of the movie.

That fact that there are people in the hundreds complaining about a fictional movie breaking physics is just sad in general anyone just agreeing, just because a large number of people are agreeing with it is even sadder.
Literally every other movie: falls into explosion...dies This movie: falls literally straight down not an angle because its not like the planes moving or anything. Explosion pushes her right back into the tiny hole she fell out of
I would have given the movie 10/10 if the explosion pushed her back up but she misses the hatch hole (since the plane is no longer in the same spot) and goes splat on the bottom. LOL!
Just for the record: Historically more accurate that monsters were attacking aircrafts during the WWII than a Chloe Grace Moretz type fighting on one of them... Totally a fantasy movie. God bless production...
Feel like the were laying the “look at the sexism” thing on a lil thick in the beginning there. But the rest of the trailer looks 🤷🏿♂️. Glad to she she’s doing movies again, a lot of child actors just fall off.
Unfortunately, I expexted an epic trash action movie with a strong female character fighting gremlins to the 80's soundtrack. Unfortunately, the majority of the movie is just lame propaganda in which all men are weak, chauvinistic and very rude to the girl. If you want to make a good movie with a strong female character, just let the girl kick ass!
