Sure, it depends on if you are on controller, or keyboard and mouse. So on keyboard and mouse, it's just lining up, holding WD, and then moving your mouse towards where you are hopping. Moving your mouse gets you extra speed. If you keep missing, change your positioning, it may just be a bad angle. If you are on controller, it's more or less the same thing, with the right thunbstick acting as the mouse. You just hold it right, and it does the same thing. Unfortunately, controller is less effective than keyboard and mouse so controller may be harder to pull it off.
I play on keyboard and mouse, so I move the mouse towards the direction I'm jumping AS I'm jumping, and it gives me extra speed to make the jump with ease. Controller is a lot harder to do this. It's the same concept, but with holding the right thunbstick instead of the mouse.
