@@aztecanomexica13in 3 years you pay 1080€. That is the pc Parts and your energy bill costs with shadow. After 3 years you can Almost Upgrade abgewaschen parts again, so i would say, it depends. For me, shadow is the best Option.
I have this and I use it on my S8 tablet. So I have Android and when I need Windows for work, I just log into my cloud pc and done. I have everything I need with my tablet, from Android games and emulation, to GeForce Now, Xbox Game Pass and all my PC games. Not too shabby. All on one device I can easily carry anywhere.
is Shadow available for the Midwest of America United States I live in Missouri and I heard there's a shadow server in Chicago does the Chicago server go as far as Missouri and is the power upgrade available?
@@QuintsVlogs no I don't have Shadow yet I plan on moving to Augusta Georgia anyway so I might get a better chance at a shadow server that way I've heard there's at least a couple Shadow servers in the South I plan on getting Shadow and Shadow power upgrade do you know if I can play vrchat desktop mode on shadow?
I think they are charging too much man I live in cananda and my ping is 36 I did not buy because I did the test before buying and I would have a lot of delay if I did but I find it expensive $60CAD THATS NOT EVEN ADDING extra storage
I totally get it man. The service has always worked great for me and I have yet to find a better performing cloud pc especially with unlimited time at that price. All cloud pc’s are very expensive. Most would coat me 80-120 a month of i paid by the hour. Cloud pc stuff is crazy. Cloud gaming is the cheaper option for those who dont need a whole pc or dont mind the limited game selection on cloud gaming.
@@GameTechPlanet I am in Toronto cananda and the server is in Washington DC do you think that’s why I get 35 ping i mean I did the speed test but I actually did not buy to see how it would perform as I don’t want to pay 71 CAD just to test
@@fernandomonramos1129 my ping is any where from 20 to 35 and it doesn't give me any input lag. I use a g920 racing wheel and that works perfect. I also use my quest 2 for pcvr with no problems.
As for now the shadow pc servers are available in France, Germany, the United States, Canada, Italy, Sweden and Denmark. You can try using shadow pc from Italy but you risk high latency. For example I use the Shadow PC at ≃ 200km and I run at 10ms latency. But being in the same country. Using from another country could add a lot of latency.
DO NOT USE SHADOW!!!! Terrible customer service. Takes 24 hours for support to reply to a message so a issue can take weeks to get sorted. If you are running a buisness through Shadow then potentially be offline for days/weeks at a time. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Do yourself a favour and dont give these thieves any of your money.
@@Chris-gp5yw not even that, it costs you nothing on electricity as well. Running a powerful rig can cost you. This completely negates electricity usage because your PC should be completely dormant in a way.
Here's another way of looking at it... How much are you willing to pay for a new PC? How long will it take for you to pay it off if you're paying $50 a month for it? Think about it
It's expensive for the type of cpu and GPU they use... GeForce now is already upgrading the GPU to the highest but it doesn't allow Blizzard games on it....
its terrible. don't buy it. half the time you cant even sign in. the support is never responsive. after 3 or four months you can buy your own dam PC with the money
I could use it for like 3 years on the expensive subscription before it would come close to the cost of the same pc. I’ve been using it on vr on my quest 2 and now 3. Its awesome
