Its much more peaceful once you realize you cant change others but yourself. Im only just starting and its hard not to challenge them sometimes but I know it will get better. Also comfort zones are meant to be stepped out of 👏
Dealing with my shadows was and is one of the most difficult things I have had to work through. It's not easy, especially when we are truly honest with oversells. I have noticed that many creative, artistic people also have some really heavy shit to deal with, that's one of the areas we draw from. Being able to use that past trauma and 'character flaws' for a positive end is truly wonderful. You are a beautiful divine being, so don't let anything have you think otherwise. You have already accomplished a lot at a young age, you only have bigger and better things ahead.
This is so sweet, thank you so much. I panick all the time just thinking about the fact that I may ruining my life by not really knowing where to go, I’m filled with uncertainty, and all I’m looking for is someone to guide me, like a divine intervention or something. But I know it won’t happen, or not as explicitly as I expected. I need to figure things out, I just don’t know how, I’m very lost.
I feel like mindfulness isn't the opposite of shadow work they are both about understanding different parts of your mind more and not letting them control you
From what I felt, as I once felt in myself is that, your moving too fast, you have to slow down your ingestion of information so there can be correct digestion and ASSIMULATION of all you are learning….you on the right path but you are sprinting when this work is more than a marathon, it’s eternal work….be patient with yourself, actively slow yourself so you grow healthy, strong and wise if not you will spring forth tress during the frost of winter.
@@Princessmariam444 the only person I’d recommend would be Ram Dass, you can listen to his lectures on RU-vid, and I also have one of his book “Be Here Now” but I’d recommend starting with his lectures, he is the one who opened my heart like no one else ever did
It’s wonderful to see you delving into the wellspring within. As a therapist, I resonate deeply with the magician / wounded healer archetypes and often channel it within session. Are you familiar with IFS? It maps nicely with jungian archetypes and is very powerful.
Jung really helped me construct a philosophy where I can put and fit any kind of idea. But what I'm really curious is how and what feminine perspective can get from Jung's works (I'm excluding Marie-Louise von Franz); you will run into many masculine ideas and perspective such as hero myth. I'm looking forward to hear from your findings.
@@yamina444 What I meant is that it is not common to see feminine perspective in jungian ideas. Maybe you will discover something that nobody has done before ? :D Also we can always learn from anything.
That’s so crazy you mention that, because I was watching randomly somebody’s stream, and he showed this exact wall, and then he showed a wall where “444” was written, and 444 is my number, I even have a huge 444 tattoo (it was my first one and it’s because for me, everytime I see this number, it’s kinda like a message from the universe, or a wink) Funny synchronicity!
