This is more informative than most videos that claim to be tutorials for boxing. There's a lot of bad info out there and beginners don't know any better. It's easy to be fooled. This man knows what he's talking about because he's clearly put in the work for years. You don't move like that overnight. That takes years of studying the "sweet science". I like that he's throwing fast combos and pivoting. Like u should. A lot of boxers don't take showdow boxing seriously and just go thru the motions in slow motion. Nice work

Great flow, speed and movement brother. The novice doesn’t understand that speed kills and most don’t expect that from basing a book from its cover. With a skillset similar to yours, they don’t have a chance.I’m faster than most with my hands, in addition to my skillset, but, Ive grown to know, there are faster hands than mine. Knowing that keeps keeps me on top of my skillset.

This vid is one of the few times I’ve seen an individual know how to throw punches. Many times you see no technique and punches with no snap. This man snaps his punches bringing his hands back to the guard position with sharpness and speed. His hook is nice sharp and crisp. Nice vid with good coaching tips.
Remember that boxing is an art. Please learn it that way. Every action has a counter reaction. Do not climb into any ring until you’re in boxing shape and have learned an extensive amount of defense first.
My favorite part was 4:57 . I recently started uploading shadowboxing clips as a hobby. I would totally listen to any advice you might have and I would work on that for my next vid.
