Its more about not getting too high or too low. If you watch the mavs post game conference, they treat wins and loses the same… these Thunder guys get a win and they all got shades on and their morale is thru the roof. They lose and the shades are gone, sounds like all the fun is lost as well. Regardless this is one of the best playoff series ive ever watched 💪🏽
If you’re a OKC fan and hating on our own players after this game you must be a new bandwagon… regardless of the outcome game 6 proud of these young dudes balling out all year long. Credit to the mavs for winning tonight. OKC will bounce back game 6 and take the series at home game 7.
I'm a Dallas and I love your team all year. Plenty to be proud about! The best build in the game and looking up. We've only won the chip once in Dallas. It ain't suppose to be easy.
@@madmanmako and you're ignorant, the point is literally there, they HAVE to make those shots like they do all season. Atleast comprehend what is being said before commenting mate.
@@Wanteyt mavs are the equivalent of the pacers beating a injured bucks. Luka gave a grammy award worthy performance in rnd 1 against a injured clippers 🤣 they definitely in for a culture shock if they win tn
It’s so weird how they hardly get any hate for their corny antics yet when the grizzlies were doing similar stuff 2 years ago everyone tore them a new one. And the barking exceeds anything Memphis did in terms of corniness
Sga is clearly a good player offensive wise. Listening to him talk makes me wonder about his basket ball iq every answer is i dont know i need to watch film. Its alsmot like he isnt processing the game real time and making any adjustments. The team looks like they are all feeding Sga and expecting him to win the iso and game. Dallas rebounds, dubks, glass control. Okc in done kyrie 13-0 in close out games, luka seems to be over his sickness ths the inflammation is done on all his injuries... Game 4 was a give away luka and kyrie played horrible and people missed free throws...
OKC shows his age. SGA played good, as he normally does. He just didnt get any help from his teammates, who mostly look like deer in headlights. I said before the series started that a team (and the coaching staff) needs experience. Never in the history of the NBA has a team like OKC reached the finals. Means a team with mostly PO newcomers (only 4 guys have PO experience and the one with the most isnt even playing). Add the inexperienced coaching staff on top of that, and you know why they are in this situation. Without the FT meltdown of Dallas in game 4, the series would already be over. Overall, all is good. The team is young and talented. They will learn from this and will be a real Contender for years to come. No matter if it ends here or in the WCF, if they can somehow survive this series.
Problem for OKC is SGA is a star not a superstar. Yes, he scores 30 every night, but when his team needs him to he doesn’t seem to be able to carry them and put up 50-60 like other superstars
@@jaimeosorio7099as a mavs fan shai is most definitely a superstar lmfao, although his defense is wayyyyy overrated (this series proved it) he is a monster on the offensive end, who is stopping that 16 ft pull up middie/fadeaway?
I find it funny that people only come out of their cave to trash talk after there team wins. Where were you sad mavs fans when they were down? Silly goose.
@@StillKeepOnLosinglike you did with the Nuggets 😂 were you talking trash game 1 & 2? I personally respect all teams and like to watch them compete without anyone being demeaned but that’s just me. Idk if you can say the same
@@StillKeepOnLosingI mean you should apply that to OKC fans also! They came out from the caves and under the bridges after G1 and G4! Guess it applies to your team and every teams fan base in this league junior!🤦🏻♂️🤡
If I didn't know he was an NBA player and I just saw him I would think that they just picked some guy in an interview off the street who sleeps in his car or van LOL LOL
Thunder fans crying, "Why do you hate the Thunder? 😢" knowing damn well it's because of fans like them who wouldn't shut tf up about the Thunder and how J Dub was a top 20 player and how Shai is better than Luka. 😂😂
as much as OKC look defeated and answerless for the MAVS defensive and high intensity prowess, it is good to be exposed to see where you can improve for the future. Best of luck for the next game OKC.
all year ive heard great things about okc, like chet saying he was better than a bunch of all stars, seeing some people say jalen williams was the real deal, and sga being a mvp candidate. Having watched 0 games of the thunder this season just playoffs, the only one who has come to play is sga, a legit superstar. Chet and jalen looks like average players to me, good starters nothing more than that, certainly not all star material.
To be fair, I watched a lot of their reg season games and Dallas' defense is knocking them outa stride, especially with Lively or Gafford in to stop Chet and defend the rim. Even Luka stepping up his D, getting blocks and forcing turnovers. OKC are a cocky young bunch that earned their #1 finish to back up their swag, but it might be a good idea to take notes from Joker and downplay their success.
Also this is the youngest nba team to ever win a playoff series. This is something you’d kinda expect from a young group. Next few years with playoff experience this might be a scary team
Coming from a Thunder fan, I think If you just watched the playoffs (or maybe just the Mavs series) that’s a pretty accurate statement. The offense is not flowing the same as the regular season. Guys are struggling to score inside and it’s making hitting their outside shots tougher. Something definitely looks off.
@@jacobwilliams7135 you have to credit some of it to dallas defense, they are not a great defensive team however you can see the dallas players playing with effort, doing the proper closeouts, even making the effort to rotate. With jalen and chet im sure they are just young. None of them have really playoff experience on their belt. Im just a lil bit shocked i havent seen neither chet nor jalen be a lil more agressive.
@@luisdanielvega99 Dallas is playing great defense. They figured it out after the trade deadline. I just haven’t seen OKC be this affected thus far. Even when we played top defenses in the regular season it didn’t bog down our offense as as much as Dallas has been able. SGA has been unfazed, but you’re right about Chet and Jalen. They haven’t cratered or anything but they also have yet to step up to the challenge.
These OKC “Blunders” are soft as hell. SGA is a great world class scorer but besides him the role players in Chet and J-Williams are young and inexperienced.
Lively barley hit double digits twice this series really was invisible for the most part… Chet has been productive all series long. Luka has had two good games outta 6 😂 Shai has been killing y’all and Kidd blew a double digit lead and got beat by 22 game 1 🙄
@@Clutchbruhhh22tonight was the first time yall saw regular season Luka in this series. Regular season Luka would’ve sent yall home already. I wish Luka was healthy so I can stop hearing the bs about sga being better than Luka. What a joke! Also is so funny how the “#1” team of the west was a beast during regular season and on the first round but now that okc is playing a better team now yall say sga doesn’t have any help. Please. Take the L.
@@lilpelusa That mf still playing right? Then I don’t wanna hear the injury excuse 🙅🏻♂️ the L was taken it was simple y’all were better tonight. But you act like this series is over lol y’all took one from our house we did the same. Y’all got another at our house and now we see if Luka can close or if Shai can 🤷🏻♂️
Yall traded up and gave us Lively and took Cason in the draft and it BLEW my mind. We both needed Lively, and for some reason you guys fumbled a generational bag. 😅
They have to help SGA he’s getting nothing from JDub, Holmgren and Giddy hasn’t done anything this series at all. Shai has did his job, although I think he needs to be more aggressive when the others aren’t hitting.
I don’t believe it’s to that extent, I think they were more or less looking to set a culture instead of doing braggy ass dance moves and cocky interviews. They’re confident because they usually back it up offensively and defensively, as they should. They’re young good athletes but they just don’t have the foresight yet to make in-game playoff adjustments to keep control over games.
I started shaking my head when I heard the barks... I was like no why y'all do that to y'all self... Damn y'all didn't learn from Devin and the clippers..
That’s what I’m saying ! They always hate on the new guys, like Shai said we had the right looks shots wasn’t falling, we are still young we just need that one veteran. Other than that, we winning game 6!
Where them interviews where the whole team got a close up 😂😂 Allat cockiness eventually gets you humbled yall had a good season but yall need experience
THUNDER UP. YALL SOME HATERS ON MY CITY. THESE YOUNG DUDES ARW BALLING. WE THE YOUNGEST TEAM AND STILL GOT THE NUMBER ONE SEED WHAT OTHER FRANCHISES DID THAT AND GOING TO DO THAT. EVEN IF WE LOSE WE STILL DOMINATED THIS YEAR.
