@@ShainaNoll Deep down we all know we deserve to relax as much as the newborn in a loving mother's arms. It's the natural order of things. We forget this and then grow up and teach the world's other former infants to forget it also as soon as they are old enough to understand words. And the cycle repeats. (Nature loves cycles doesn't it?). The infant intuitively knows he/she belongs here in the world just as much as the sun, the moon, a cloud, or a golden retriever, so there is nothing to ever really stress over. It's all OK in the end. If it isn't OK, it's not the end. Spoiler: there is no "end," as we like to use that word in English. Because consciousness is like any other energy - it is never destroyed. It’s what gives humans the ability to be like gods, like animals, or lower than the lowest animal (usually in total war when one side believes it has a monopoly on morality). The Greeks nailed it: everything in moderation. My addendum would be “and that includes use of the mind.” Scientists who laugh at spirituality, will, in the next breath, tell us about their new research indicating the power of human intuition. We humans are sure hard to nail down. Then again, isn’t the concept we represent with the word God? Isn’t the concept we represent with the word Satan? We carry both within us but if we AWAKEN to the simple truth that God is love, and God can’t be put into a verbal box, everyone wins in the end. It’ll all be OK in the end.
