Ingredients -
1. Sweet potato 2 large
2. Ghee 4 tbsp
3. Curd 4 tbsp
4. Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
5. Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
6. Black salt 1/2 tsp
7. Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
8. Salt 1/2 tsp
9. Green chutney
10. Tamarind chutney
11. Pomegranate
12. Coriander leaves handful
13. Bhujia sev
Method -
✨ boil sweet potatoes and peel them.
✨ chop it into bite sized pieces.
✨ add ghee in a pan, fry sweet potatoes until golden brown. Take it out once it’s done.
✨ transfer it to the serving plate.
✨ add curd on it.
✨ add all the masala, green chutney and tamarind chutney.
✨ garnish it with pomegranate seeds, coriander leaves and bhuji sev.
