I saw Shakey in NC, met him and had him sign my guitar. Nice guy, great musician. I acted like an idiot the whole time, never figured myself to be the kind of guy to get starstruck.
I heard this guy at a random party in some people's backyard in Austin. Never knew who he was or anything about him but his music instantly sucked me in. Beautiful stuff. All thats missing is the fiddler.
Damn, this whole set is incredible! Great sound quality too. There's a little underground walkway near where I live that connects the tram station to the street and there's a guy that plays guitar there and the acoustics are amazing. I'd love to hear this guy play there. He'd probably cause a traffic jam though =)

Effinwpeeps I figured this out today and actually started making a tab but stopped for some reason. I'll try to put together a tab tomorrow or the next day
love this guy!! only issue is that the chorus is short lived.. could go that extra 10 seconds so you can get into it more! i've noticed that with all his songs too... it's rather annoying.
Think Shakey Graves is awesome name, story behind it and there's always an eeriness to his music...it works! Just keep making music like this and we'll listen to it hell I'm off to buy what I can find online...such good music!!!
