I saw Shaking Stevens playing Elvis at the Astoria theatre back in either 1978 or 1979, he played middle aged Elvis, with Robin Bright playing early Elvis and Bob Kominowski playing the later Elvis. He was ok, but as we all know he is definitely not The King

I noticed Someone right down the bottom Said Worst, Well Now, I don't know so much about worst, Iv'e heard Far worse than this, Infact Some of the songs He sings on here Are very Close Indeed, Like at the start of one night with you is amazing he has that same Raspy sound Elvis Had on the record, Ok a few songs maybe weren't Quite bang on, But Most of them were Really Great, some of the up to Date Elvis Impersonators aren't as good as this. It's a Fantastic attempt at the king of rock and roll. A solid 8/12 out of ten Easy, The only two things stopping him getting a 10, is Elvis had a slightly Deeper Voice, And Shaky has a fast Vibrato in his voice, but HEY He sure Rocks the Hell out of it. He still does a better Elvis then Austin butler By a mile My friend. Anyway Great video pall, Don't know where you got this footage from< But It's really ACE mate.
I love Shaky but he's no Elvis can't compete with the King. There's a reason Elvis was called the King nobody comes near him he had more talent, charisma the voice and the best moves nobody comes close. Elvis the G.O.A.T
