RECIPE BELOW
An easy 1 pan dish that can be served for breakfast, lunch or dinner. A saviour for those lazy yet famished hour when you don't feel like cooking a storm in your kitchen. Shakshuka (the origin is still contested, whether North Africa, Palestine or Egypt) wins hands down in terms of convenient, taste and nutrition.
/INGREDIENTS
[This recipe makes a 10 inch sized pan]
500g Canned Tomatoes
1 Tomato Diced
1 Onion Diced
3 Cloves of Garlic
1/2 Red Capsicum Diced
3 Eggs
Salt, Black Pepper & Chilli Powder to taste
(or Paprika, Salt and Cumin)

Garnish with basil, coriander leaves or thyme.
Served with bread of choice.
