Rolly won't fight Shakur because Rolly has plans to stay at 140 and get the Ryan Garcia comeback match. Shakur wants the belts at 135, Rolly vs. Shakur won't happen until earliest Spring-Summer 2024 if all of them remain active.
Thanks for that interview, Shakur is one my favorite boxer. So glad to see him respond to Rollys immature comments. The way he said idk why they would pay to see that, because Shakur knows that's not even a sparring match for him he would easily destroy Rolly within one round if he wants.
Shakur is the real deal when it comes to speaking the truth. And he puts a nice touch of humor in it. It is true, Rolly would challenge any big name, even Canelo for a nice pay cheque. And Rolly would sell the fight, and people for sure will watch it. Bizarre.
