That's because Artem was in physically better shape than Frank. Against Shakur, he seemed weight drained. Frank nearly made this dude quit and take a knee in that fight to live another day. Had Artem not taken that knee Frank would have had a more decisive victory. A KO. Shakur was swearing up and down by 5 or 6th round that he was going to stop Artem but as we can see it was all talk, smoke, and mirrors by Shakur Sleepinson. Even his Grandpa told him in the corner that he needed to do more to make it decisive, but those pillow fists were too soft and not up to the task.
