Shalvah 26: Ha-Notein Sheleg Ka-Tzamer (Psalm 147) 

This week, as the earth around us is covered by snow, we'll consider this verse from Psalm 147 that draws an analogy between God sending Torah to the earth and God covering that same earth with ice and snow.
