Can you please do a video on how to connect with spirits in a safe way. I hear them tapping on my walls in house .I tried to talk to them & no answer. I do know bad ones from a curse from black magic that was on me for 5 yrs I thought I was going to die. I was attacked 24/7 and no sleep ever in 5 yrs. Thank God for ending it. Im not even kidding.

This was great! I’m definitely going to make me an insomnia bag & my grandson a night bag. He doesn’t have nightmares but he has a very creative imagination. In my witchcraft practice if I was doing this, I would write intentions on the bay leaves. Is that acceptable in this as well?

I am constantly attacked in my sleep. I have even seen entities and it’s so demonic. Scary. When I am able to pray and ask for help telepathically, they’ll go away
Oh Monica, so sorry to hear that 😥 I know this can be very scary 🥺 but prayers can really help - I used to do the same! These plant pillows helped me though with not getting them in a first place! Please try also cleansing yourself and your bedroom before going to bed. Might help you. Hope it gets better soon 🤍
Oh, there is so many things you could start doing but it also depends on your own personal journey... e.d. you could start connecting with spirits in a safe way, worth finding a mentor, start practicing being of service to others and to earth, learn how to connect with your land... And so much more. It's probably a whole topic for a new video. Have you been practicing shamanic ways at all? X
