Drew has so much natural talent it’s so sad Shane basically ruined his image. I really hope he comes back and even does some serious stuff. Like you said, I think he would shine in a real comedy.

i love the way george approached the major uncomfortable event in this - he still addressed the ludicrous nature and expressed how wrong it was, but he did so without mentioning anything specific to not trigger anybody, while also keeping it lighthearted. very mature and felt genuine
as the targeted demographic and...not a middle aged white man i can say for this movie i would rather take my organs out with a rusty spoon than watch this movie on its own
Drew has been a good "basic" actor from the get go but he worked with the wrong people on the wrong things. If he had worked with other peopld he could have become a very good actor and get good roles in big movies. Poor guy.
Honestly never say never. Public opinion on him has changed considering how big him and Shane’s age gap is, and how that could’ve affected his decisions. He might turn everything around if he wants to take things seriously again

Cherami Leigh who plays tori is actually a very talented and well known voice actress in anime and video games. Which makes me wonder how tf she was involved in this.

I’m so glad Drew stood out to you as well. Him and Garret were the only of that group I could not only stand, but when given the opportunity, actually enjoy. I hope Drew’s able to come back in some fashion, his comedic timing and instinct is so natural and awkwardly charismatic.
Fun fact: Zachary Quinto, one of the mentors on the show this film was made for, hated the movie so much that he requested his name be taken off the movie

I'm really over men getting sexually assaulted being used for "comedy". I can't imagine being a boy or a man who's a sexual assault survivor and having to see your trauma be used as a joke.
dont try and act as if thats a gender thing. women being sexually assaulted as a 'joke' is way more common than males being the victim of said humour. it was the big reason why i stopped watching anime entirely because almost every single anime had women being assaulted one of the big gags. its also definitely a big thing in tv shows too, just not as obvious in shows made in 2020--
Thank you for mentioning Drew's talent. There's so many vids of Shane disrespecting Drew. He even quit RU-vid. I hope he can come back once he gets his mental health under control and has better people around him. Honestly would love to see Drew, Andrew and Garret make some videos together
The last movie my family turned off for being *painfully* bad was Men in Black: International. If a movie convinces you to feud with your family, just so that you can turn it off, that is next level terrible.
I wonder if this would have won if the bit at the second party with Shane and the girl who I don't care enough to remember the name of in... the bedroom... Shane's and the girl's roles were switched. Like what if it was a guy forcing her to do something she didn't want to do? That movie would never even have got to filming.
you really can't compare this with pyro. You can't even compare it with IHE. Their humor and script writing is infinitely better. George just isn't that talented or funny. At least not on his own.
@@dusanstanisic7567 Harsh but tbh fair, James and Will are a lot funnier and more creative and talented, as well as Pyro, no disrespect to George but it's his personality we like, not his skill or level of talent he puts into his frankly mediocre content
fun fact: the only reason shane's movie won was because it was based on fan votes, so the other movie had no chance not because their movie was bad but because of his manipulated child fanbase

I kid you not, I actually worked on this so-called "movie". Albiet, I was only brought in to help out with some of the VFX shots (which there were actually a surprising amount of). Your video definitely brought back a lot of memories...mostly bad ones. Ya know that shot of them going up the mountain and they were pressing their asses against the glass? The one where the homeless man and his "little friend" make an appreance. Yeah, I worked on that shot...good times 🤦♂
Why oh why did I have to learn, that someone I grew up liking, someone who I somewhat looked up to...appeared in a Shane Dawson shit show movie. Kurt Angle went from winning Olympic gold medals to being a cameo...I hope he atleast secured the bag
@@shanana6815 The goal is to not bring the guns into the school haha, but yeah, the safety in USA schools is pretty terrible, but they started working on it a few years ago. Now some campuses have police officers, but for the most part you can still just walk straight in.
I absolutely love Drew, so when George was complimenting him it made me so happy cause he really is talented. I really hope Drew comes back soon, and if he does he can do what he actually wants and make more serious videos.

17:14 i feel like its not mentioned enough that the blind character was shanes girlfriend at the time (lisbug). the fact that he had to cast 2 friends and himself shows how desperate he was for actors that just wouldnt be in the movie

the only part that wasn't super gross for me and got a chuckle were the scenes with Lisa as a blind girl. and even then, very limited chuckles. but drew was amazing, as always.

I was like 14 when I really wanted to see this movie without knowing how bad it was so I watched it with my dad when I was on a visit with him and I watched it on his computer so he was sitting in the same room for the whole thing watching it with me and it was pretty traumatizing
