Shane is a FUCKING Legend, local to me grew up the same place I did. His humor is 100% what Central PA humor is like. Dude embodies what it is to be a regular white dude from south central PA. fucking LEGEND
You are my favorite RU-vid channel. Have been for a long while. Not a vocal person or social media dude, but I've always liked you. Not throwing you $$$ but I'm broke as hell and I live in the northern most western most and eastern most state in America... Alaska if you did not get the reference. Your humor and willingness to to hit on topics 100%. Love you my friend and always will.
You will like almost anything he does. Also does sketches on the channel gilly and keeves. That's where his first special is as well, it's a classic. His second was on Netflix. Just recently did SNL after he was hired and fired within a week 5 years ago. Dudes a humble living legend. Oh theres a great clip where he talks about his "resume" you would find funny as well. Cheers
I’m white and hate new country but love the old stuff, like Conway Twitty and Hank Williams and both his son and grandsons. Stuff like that. I like all kinds of music from punk to metal to jazz and soul and old RnB Motown especially. etc etc. I’ve worked in music production most of my life so I know what music is good to my ears. ✌️✌️✌️
He was like don't give em all of it and mrlboyd was like yeah I get that then his face was like yeah I get that and then I learned something new about mrlboyd...
You are a cut above most other reactors, and I mean no offence to them. I subscribe to a lot of reaction channels. You're educated, you question, you speak of your experience. I am so glad your channel didn't get nuked by RU-vid.
I think it's the genre that hasn't been as popular for a few years. It's called "funny" comedy. It's sort of an abstract concept, but I think it's gonna catch on.
Dolly, Waylon, Willie etc. are all spectacular. Their songs can get pretty deep, but what Shane is joking about is definitely true about pop-country that's on the radio now. Kinda like the difference between Grandmaster Flash & The Furious Five or Kurtis Blow, and mumble rap (may be that there are some hidden gems hiding among them as well, though).
Do you know what you get when you play country music backwards? You get your all your stuff back. You get your dog, truck, house, kids, & woman it all comes back.
Bro, Look up David Lucas. His new(first) special special is literally called Uncancelable. He roasts his audiences constantly. Does not give a single fuck. Hilarious!
I follow Bo Burnham's views on country. If you're writing it honestly about life experiences, it can be good. Johnny Cash, Dolly Parton. But most country today is much like he describes. Just playing mad libs with rural terminology. I'm more of a metal head, but i live in the south and when we're in the work truck, it's nothing but dirt and beer blaring in my ears.😂😂
I’m a white person, I don’t like country music on the whole. But I do like some country artists and songs. I don’t like rap on the whole. But I do like some rap artists and songs ( even if I Can’t sing/rap along for perceived racism)
I dont know if it would be your speed but there is a comic named Cassey Rocket on the Kill Tony show who is hilarious, could be some good react content
As several people have already said, Shane has already been 'cancelled' once. They're TRYING to re-cancel him, but it's only made his comedy even darker and less politically correct. If you want to delve into more un-PC humor, Troy Bond and Matt Rife are two who are doing a lot nowadays. Ralphie May did a lot of very un-PC humor and was and advocate of 'Just Correct' humor. Did a whole special called 'Just Correct' where he tore into racism and told stories about his formative young-adult years living in a bad neighborhood. Literally had a pimp as a neighbor. No joke. I doubt it's on RU-vid, but Ralphie May had a bit where he talked about curing racism that was fall-in-the-floor hilarious.
this is intelligent white trash woke comedy. OMF GODS I love this. I felt every single word, though, I don't know where he got that recording of the noises I make O_O
country music like Dolly and Cash needs to be separated from the hillbilly music that tries to disguise itself as country you know the ones that start like the ones he is talking about in this video
Check out Shane and Matt McMcCusker together, they host Matt and Shane's Secret Podcast. I think you would like McCusker, you have to experience him rather than have him explained.
