truee, tho greenbull would just get a major beat down by shanks there is still politics going on here since even admirals needs approval from the higher ups before fighting a major threat like a yonko they cant just go out and fight just cause they are admirals. if greenbull fought shanks here it would cause a major incident where the navy would need to call all their forces to defend navy bases 😂😂 every single yonko except luffy (for now) has a massive territory they rule over where no navy bases are established literally in all kinds of sense greenbull would be causing a national conflict just cause he acted on impulse 😂 thats also the reason why cipher pol didnt want to engage fighting luffy (even tho they can) cause they still dont know how dangerous or how destructive the consequence would be, since they dont know how many pirate group went under him or how many territories he controls

we just know that luffy didn t go for the kill against kaido, but went for a fight, a long one, and this kind of haki may work with green bull, but shanks couldn t defeat kaido because he didn t do it in marineford. And shanks could have taken on wano while kaido went to marineford, but when kaido would come back he would just kik shanks out of wano, and all of this are FACTS
@@LuffytaroMashup in the fight with kaido luffy didn t go for the kill, but for a fight, it is different. During Marineford we knew that shanks stopped kaido from going there. Here i made 2 points, 1 is that shanks didn t took advantage of kaido being out of wano to take that country because, in a real fight, kaido would kick shanks ass, and point 2, shanks didn t kill kaido because he couldn t. Now an admiral says that he is in wano because there is no kaido, so i guess shanks is just better in the way he use haki, but he is far from being considered the strongest among emperors
