The morning after pill doesn't always work anyway, so there was a chance she could've fallen pregnant even if she took it. They should have BOTH taken responsibility.

Exactly! It's obviously bothering him, why couldn't she just say that wasn't true instead of going into a rage... For her to get so angry I would say that there's some truth there she doesn't want to acknowledge.
I think both parties are to blame; you have to be careful especially if not on birth control, and it was very silly for Shannon to forget plan B. Although I’d personally never forget such a big thing, I understand mistakes happen and she may have been overworked with other things in her life at the time. And Charlie keeps pressing onto her about it, but let’s face it, if he also used birth control they would’ve much likely have not been in this mess. Of course bc sometimes fails but using birth control on either the woman’s , mans, or even both for safer results, they would not have wound up in such a tense situation. I know Charlie is stressed but it just doesn’t seem right he’s having a go at her and solely blaming her if he wasn’t being safe either
He straight up won’t use condoms so I think he’s more to blame 🤣 but like you said it takes two to make a baby, and I think contraception is the responsibility of both parents not just the mums
