During the warmup part of this clinic ride, Shannon stresses that the rider needs to start to feel the hind legs more than the front legs in the connection. When the horse starts to come round, be sure not to throw her away. Every transition can help train the horse to step her hind legs under and bring her shoulders more up.

Very rhythmic and relaxed, but shouldn't the nose be poking out? The horse is often slightly behind the vertical.

Shouldn't her heals be down?

Rider has problem with her left hand. She’s also a concave chest and shoulder falling forward. I think trainers should focus and address on the biomechanics of the riders or else the rider will just end up blocking the energy of the horse getting through. Horse can do everything easily when the rider is not in the way. 😊

I don't know why people bounce back and forth up and down in the saddle riding a horse you don't see a cowboy riding a horse like that that's not even comfortable

When your riding English, it is a different style of movement the horse is doing so your body should be flowing and moving with the horse which is why constant change of your body movement. It’s more comfortable for the horse so your not just a rock sitting on the horse.

Over bent and behind the vertical. Lovely horse and nice rider but let the horse come up and out.
