Tod Wilkinson this has been answered a million times. 1. The best player LBJ played with in his first run with the cavs was Mo Williams. That's it. KD had Russell Westbrook AND James harden. 2. It's because DEEP DOWN KD got his ring and isn't satisfied because he wanted to get it with OKC but feels like the ownership should've done everything they could've done to make him the alpha while he was there. He went out and proved what he can do and is a little bitter about it because he feels like he was pushed to a point where he had to leave and prove his worth on another team, so that okc could see the value of him.

That's kinda what I mean. He didn't get that respect he felt he should've gotten. Viewed himself as an alpha while Westbrook was treated as one so he decided to go elsewhere and prove what a true alpha can do when he is given a chance. But what he did was equal to purchasing crystals in those pay to win cell phone games in order to unlock what you want without really earning it.
