I don't know why he would be. He's not getting any superstars or all stars to the Lakers. He didn't get any while he was at Miami, where there was already another star and another on the way. He didn't get any in his second run in Cleveland, where there was already an up and coming star. The first round in Cleveland, he got none. No superstar or all star wants to be the number two guy, nor do they want to be the guy that takes all the blame when LeBron doesn't deliver.

I don't disagree with you. It is a team sport. It used to be anyway. It was intended to be. There are a lot of players out there that don't fully understand that concept. Durant didn't before he went to GS. I'm not sure he really does even now. LeBron does as long as it serves his ultimate goal of piling up individual achievements. Russ, who plays on my favorite team, will probably never figure it out. Butler, Kawhi, the list goes on. LeBron is 3-5 in the finals. I know it wasn't all him, but if your going to proclaim yourself to be the "best in the world" and call yourself King, then that record should at least be flipped. If not 8-0. As far as blame, all I'll say is that Blatt could have been a decent coach, but we'll never know because he was barely given a chance. Kyrie was smart. He knew when to get out.

Yall need to stop sayin they (needed) KD to beat Lebron. For 1 Kyrie was out there dropping 40 and K love averaged 20 so it would be for the Cavs. Not Lebron. I tell people all time every ring ain't the same.... LeBron was great in Miami but when he won in Cleveland he became legendary.... Kobe was great in LA with Shaq but in 2010 when he beat Boston in the rematch to win his 2nd without Shaq it validated his entire career... KD is the only player I can think of who won 2 rings and got LESS respect amongst his peers

KD is in a similar spot that LeBron was in 2014 he's done just about all he can do in GS , but in my opinion although durant has the talent to lead a squad OKC was a 60 plus win team in the toughest conference in the NBA he doesn't have the 💓 he doesn't command respect like Kobe , LeBron , MJ , Magic , Bird , Kareem , Wilt , Russell ect ect his teammates don't respect him , fans don't respect him , his peers don't respect him even legends of the game don't respect him... this off season & next season is gonna decide the narrative for KD's entire career

People forget Horford wanted to come to OKC because of the Billy Donovan connection, but only if KD committed. He didn’t, so Horford went to Boston. Thank you Shannon. He’s the only one to bring up the fact that KD held them down the last 2 years to win more rings while Klay and Curry struggled. Yeah, y’all won 1 ring before KD got there. The one you won, it was Lebron without Kyrie and Love. When they got together, the lost. KD is more valuable and the better player, period. I get it, Green was drafted there, etc. but you can always replace him. You can’t replace KD, Lebron, Curry, Harden, etc.

I'll give the real-est truth here.. both GSW's original core and KD need one another to "bully" the rest of the NBA into submission as a byproduct of having overwhelming talent concentrated on one team. But when it really comes down to it, KD is still the one that JOINS them, and they already had a ring WITHOUT him.

they dont. thats why i say they essentially "bully" the rest of the NBA into submission due to overwhelming talent on one team. As for whether they will give it up or not.. money is gonna be a huge factor. In a perfect world, all 4 all-stars (not including Boogie) will be paid max or near-max and stay happy and keep racking up easy rings. But we live in reality.. KD will want at least 35m/yr and Klay will be offered at least 30/yr on the market as a restricted FA. Sure, Warriors has the birds rights of those players.. but they gonna go crazily over cap for it and paying luxury tax for hundreds of millions. I dont think even a franchise as successful as the Warriors will do that, in a logical economical sense.

The first discussion they spoke about the argument between two major stars on GSW which played out on the court in front of the world. The 2nd time GSW suspended Draymond without pay, who is one of their star players because of something he said that they deemed detrimental to the team, that's major and they discussed that. The 3rd time we found out what was actually said in the locker room by Draymond to Kevin and they discussed that. If you're going to watch the show watch the show and stop complaining over nonsense.

Green does everything on the offensive and is one of the best defensive players in the league. Klay and KD play defense but not top ten quality defense.
