Shannon talks about her journey, from when she started struggling with her mental health at 10, spending time at St Andrews's Hospital until 2018 and then making the exciting step to supported living and recovery at SIL's Salem Lane service in Wellingborough.
A year since moving in Shannon has made her apartment her own, decorating, new furniture, has her own guinea pigs and is proud of the life and purpose she has created.
