jwillz1994 It's mostly opinion and how you deliver it. Facts and knowledge are a given. In my opinion Shannon comes across as someone who I could have a reasonable debate with and actually enjoy it. Debating with Steven a would be frustrating and exhausting. His tone and vocabulary is irritating and unnecessary. I understand that a lot of people like that. I did also. But that routine got old. Not that I don't like him, just prefer others now.

I totally agreed with Shannon. I watched the game and at a point I was like wow Zo is playing a really good game, especially when he was having his way in the 3rd qtr. So at the end of the game I looked at the box score and he was 5-12 shooting with 10 assists and I said to myself is this what it has come to? Were excited about a 5-12 performance because he has been completely trash so far this season. SO this was a step in the right direction for Zo but hes got a long way to go.

You ever go to the gym and there's the one guy there who is kind of athletic but doesn't really know how to ball? And there's a whole gym full of guys who have played ball their whole life? Well what does that guy play like? He grabs boards, whenever he gets the ball he passes short passes to teammates who can actually score, and he stands on the 3pt line hoping no one passes back to him. That's exactly what watching this kid play is like. ANYBODY WITH EYES CAN SEE THIS. A boy playing in a men's league. A boy with only ONE YEAR of actual hooping experience outside of being coached by his father. Zero fundamentals. Doesn't know how to play pick and roll in and PnR league.

What we expect from him is to be agressive, attack the rim, he has a terrible shot but thats something he can fix, I expect from him to make better plays because most of his assist are to pass someone who is next to him and drain the shot, I expect from him at least 10 points not 8, I expect him a bit more than 50% in Ft. 242okil Ummmm I think you're confused and need to rechecked some things... As rookies Steph average 17 and 6, Russ averaged 15 5 5, -Gianns didn't start (at the beginning) or average 33 minutes as a rookie like lonzo is... -Same with Gordon only average 17 minutes plus season was cut short with an injury... -Malone number are better -Kidd number are similar except Kidd a better shooter -I'll give you lonzo over fox - Fultz still injured I can write a paper on all stars and HoF that had better rookie season than lonzo having so far... Also You can't compare a point guard to a forward/center in today's game it's almost expected for the PG to score more than their center/PF since almost half of the PF/Center playing are just there for rebounds and put backs... Edit: I'm only going off what I'm seeing so far he has time to prove me wrong, but of his shooting percent doesn't get better than I don't see it working for him

Lonzo is a role player.. if i were the lakers i will focus on ingram and clarkson because that will make sense. I think they should make clarkson happy because he that guy is their greatest player
