Shaolin 12 Steps Form 

Shifu Seb Morgan shows the Shaolin 12 Steps Form as he was taught it at the Ta Chen School.
At the end, the video is played back reversed, which shows the movements from a different perspective. Every fast, outgoing move has now become slow and inwards. Using this technical capability through video allows us to investigate how the centre of balance shifts through the form and how the positions are built. Our mind has already seen and recorded how the form is moving forward and now has a reverse perspective with extra information regarding the analysis of movement.
