Amituofo! 🙏 Yes! this is suitable for anybody at any age. Especially with the 2nd lock down in many places again now. This is great for doing indoor as well!

you can say subhanallah and use two hand grips. this is kung fu. kung fu is the grandfather of all martial arts and the grandaddy of hand to hand fighting.hand grips is one of the kung fu tools. kung fu has been influenced by buddhism, taoism and islam. you can even use prayer beads and say bismillah while rolling it with your fingers. this is martial arts training.

I have been learning Chi Gong for many than 30 years. I am sorry to say that this is not the right way of practising chi gong. Most of his movements violate the principles of the original " The eight pieces of brocade (Ba Duan Jin)". Also the original Ba Duan Jin is not originated from Shaolin.
