When I was following exactly what I wanted to do with no structure I was the worst possible version of myself. Very powerful video. Structure also helps manage my hyperactive attention disorder so this really hits home, thank you 🙏

I was once talking to an attractive woman I considered dating and she said that she didn’t like me because I prefer to plan things, keep my my house and car too clean, and I have too much structure in life. Her life goal was to live with no plan, but she also wants to travel the world, own a house on the countryside, and raise farm animals. My first thought was, “how do you PLAN on doing that?” Instead of wasting my time, I didn’t even ask the question. Like the monk said in the video, she only sees my life now but doesn’t realize how I got to where I’m at. Freedom isn’t free. Everyone in life has structure. If you don’t structure your own life, someone or something else will.

I was not raised with normal society structure. I was raised with religious structure and a great uncle that introduced me to kung-fu when I was 7. The kung-fu structure saved my life as I became a adult and I never realized until years later listen to these videos. I'm having an outer body experience listening to this. Thank you im so grateful for your hard work and dedication 💓

This video is so good, I watch this from time to time and it doesn't get old. Just a reminder to keep my will power and discipline in check. Keep my structure to reach my goals. This video is so valuable. So many people live with no structure, no purpose, find themselves lost, this is why we need structure, I believe we all need some sort of structure. The fun part is, you get to choose and set up your own structure. For some, they may need guidance on structure, help to get them where they want to go, and there are people out there that will help, you have to find them. Awesome video.

The master speaks of not doing everything that our minds tell us to do. But in creative we are encouraged to be spontaneous and impulsive please can you help explain how to balance these two perspectives. Will being strictly structured not reduce capacity for creative?

I know you have to make you channel grow and I'm sorry to say this ^^ But wrapping Shi Heng Yi speech between 2 advertisment for your channel is not ideal to me. Specially at the end of it when you'd like to wonder on what have been said but the last thing you hear is not Shi Hen Yi but you speaking of merch. It's like putting back mud on a freshly discovered treasor making it harder to look at. I think his speech should be the very last thing the public should hear in order to digeste the knowledge better. Thanks anyway for the sharing !
