In this episode we make some templates of the lower rear section of the front fender. We make contour templates as well as full size templates for the entire section being replaced. We use the slip roller to get our basic shape , then use the bead roller to make our body line, and the plenishing hammer to bend our 90 degree bend for the front lip, then cut out the rusted out metal and do final fitment on our new peace, then weld in with the mig welder then ground the welds and sanded down.
