Shaq just hates Space Jam because he would have wanted to be in it...But he was too 'young' and 'unknown' to be asked to be in. Instead they took Shawn 'fucking' Bradley, Barkley and Patrick Ewing :D
MANCHESTER UNITED F.C Go talk about Soccer on a Soccer related channel. No one is talking about Soccer here. We’re talking about a “Fat Pound Guy” in the movie Space Jam.” Lol
I love space jam. but i think Charles Barkley never got his talent back. rather, i think they took his IQ. he's legitimately dumb. thinks shawn bradley is all 5 of the monstars?
Next time I go to bar trivia we're calling ourselves Charles Barkley, we're writing Shawn Bradley for every answer, and buying everyone's drinks for the entire bar if anyone understands that reference haha
***** Well on one hand you have Space Jam which is a Childhood Classic for most 90s kids, and a cult classic for others. Kazaam is a highly forgotten travesty.
Space Jam is only good if you saw it as a kid. I wasn't a 90's kid so Space Jam sucks to me. Never saw Kazaam but I knew enough from the commercials that it was terrible.
Chuck's Monstar may have been the fattest but he scored the most points for his team. That monstar really got alot for Chuck's talent. Larry Johnson's Monstar got alot out of his talent too
Charles Barkley's Monstar is Pound while Larry Johnson's Monstar is Bupkus. Plus, Bupkus is my favorite Monstar. 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
@@MatsThyWit right, that's why chuck is able to always laugh at himself as they constantly poke fun at him and he always takes it in stride and doesn't get upset , or at least he doesn't show it if he does.
I was a little kid when I saw Space Jam.. I absolutely loved it. Love Chuck for playing his role. Millions of kids like me watched that movie over and over
I absolutely loved Kazaam as a kid, watched it like 4-5 times. But I just re-watched it yesterday and it totally sucked. Space Jam however is still awesome.
@@Th3Passerby actually it was Warner Bros. who went to Lebron in 2015 to ask Lebron's production company SpringHill to partner with Warner Bros. just so Lebron would do space jam A NEW LEGACY and anything else they decide to do TOGETHER
@@Jive33 Not really there's been probably 20 other big men that have done what he has done probably better like Hakeem,Kareem Abdul jabbar,Joel Embiid and Nikola Jokic just to name a few.
No space jam isnt that good its onlt good for nastolgia and memories and hype of the players its acuatly shit if it was anyone else besides these guys people would say spacejam was shit
Shaq is envious of Charles being in it. It was such a solid hit when I was a kid, even rewatching as grown up it didn't make me cringe at anything really.
@@KingAdebiyi I never understood why that show is popular. I gave it a few tries, and couldn't find any legitimate humour in it. But, to each their own.
And why they have to do Shawn dirty by making the MonStar look exactly like him LMFAO. The other ones you could barely tell, but then Blanco's big ass square head shows up next to Shawn Bradley's picture and you're instantly like: Well yeah, okay. Make sense.
People did a study where they recorded the stats each monstar had in the game against the Tune Squad, and Shawn Bradley's monstar had literally no stats other than minutes played. He didn't score or get a rebound or an assist or anything.
It was a disadvantage for him to be so big, he was awkward and couldn't really move around very well. There's a reason all the great posts are in the 6'7" to 7'2" range. Any taller than that is too tall for your own good. The only really good players above that were Ralph Sampson and Yao Ming, and both of them had constant injuries b/c that's just too much on their knees and feet.
I just re-watched space jam today for the first time since having watched it as a kid in the theaters and honestly, still a great movie! Charles and the whole gang did amazing jobs as actors. They left the best part out : "I will never date Madonna again!"
I knew all of the Monstar's names only because my parents got me a Space Jam colouring book which had alot of information about the movie. It named all the aliens (Pound, Bupkus, Bang, Blanko and Nawt) and even mentioned their squad name in both forms. They are referred to as Nerdlucks in their small forms, and referred to as Monstars in their large form
Fun fact Shaq was actually also in Space Jam. At the very end when Mike returns to the Bulls they're playing the Orlando Magic and you can see Shaq running in the backgorund.
