sadly that is the case with most of Microsoft website and Technet and it can get extremely frustrating especially when you have to work with a lot of there software
Wow, I was listening to this video and my dog came in, sat next to me, and he just stared. He just left... I think he is building me a website. Good dog!
I have watched several videos on SharePoint and this is the first time I think I understand what it is capable of. Excellent precise and concise presentation.
Lol) I had to find notes online when taking a 3-rd year PDE math course because my prof was so bad. With teachers, it's all about personality, how well they can communicate complex concepts in simple words
I've been working with SharePoint for a while, and I knew more or less everything he said, but I found myself just watching as his explanation and presentation was so good. - I think this guy is can teach us all a thing or two about how to get a message accross
Today I was tasked with exploring whether SharePoint would be worth exploring for my department's needs. After watching this video my conclusion is an excited, resounding YES! Thank you for this concise and very helpful presentation.
Thank you so much for this. I'm havng a job interview today for a job involving SharePoint and I had no previous knowledge of it. Now I can grasp what it's about on a certain level.
I wish I had this kind of teacher in my school. Simon is the best. He explains everything in so understandable level even my table could understand that.
In out done. That was the easiest explanation of sharepoint I've ever heard. It's my first time searching for it and I've not even used the platform but he made me feel that I have and could do more with it. Thank you Simon
I like the way you break down the 6 marketing terms. I'm going to take a whole day seminar about SharePoint 2013 for developer and just spending an hour to look around for some basics. You save a lot of my time! Thank you.
Finally! Thank you for a clear, concise overview of Sharepoint. My takeaway - its a Platform, not a program, it builds Sites. It can be used many different ways, just like people use Word, Excel, Office......Looking forward to viewing more. I am in training myself, so I recognize a great speaker and content.
Makes it much easier to understand and appreciate SharePoint even for someone like me with a couple of years experience using the platform. Well explained..
I recently found myself in a position where I have to figure out how one of our departments uses it to determine if we need to build our own or if we can use a web based version. This really help me get my head around this. Thanks!
That was THE BEST video I have seen in a LONG time on the explanation of software. I’m so glad cause I was doing a SHITTY job trying to explain what it is
Signal-to-noise ratio (abbreviated SNR or S/N) is a measure used in science and engineering that compares the level of a desired signal to the level of background noise. It is defined as the ratio of signal power to the noise power, often expressed in decibels. Much noise and not much signal, however what great presentation skills.
Truly an excellent and easy to understand breakdown of what Share point is. Viewed this as preparation for an interview which might require some bit of knowledge on this product
I absolutely soaked up all the information in this video about SharePoint. The speaker was incredible - he made technology easy to follow - especially for non-technical folks like myself. Although I have never used it, I find that I need to know what this tool does as a Technical Recruiter. Now I have a better understanding of this platform and how it fits with the job roles I recruit for! I look forward to more videos like these.
Sir, I am 2 minutes into your presentation. You.... are.... awesome. I am looking forward to listening to more on this subject. I have been tapped to be a Sharepoint Dev. You have already calmed me down.
I just want to say.....forget any negative comments, i was chuffed to find an English speaking tutor who kept it simple but was still very informing! I now have a rough idea as to what Sharepoint is, before the video i didn't.....job done! Well done :)
Hi Simon , Thanks for sharing this video. I watched this video just before my interview for Microsoft sharepoint process and i got selected. All thanks to you sir for explaining sharepoint in a simple and great steps. Cheers :)
THANK YOU! FINALLY! We've recently launched Sharepoint and it looks like a tool with a lot of potential to simplify and consolidate but no one, not even IT, could give me a clear answer as to what the heck it is!!!!!! You da man!
I have thousands of hours in front of a classroom. FINALLY a REAL professional on RU-vid! Folks, this is what happens when a very exceptional trainer is is married with dynamic subject content. Dang...this was good.
Wow, this is great! Never even knew that SharePoint even existed! This gentleman explains everything so well, I actually get it! It doesn't sound all that complicated!
In all the Shrepoint videos I saw (and I saw a lot) I couldn't understand what it is all about. This video is the answer to a frustrating long search for the answer what Sharepoint really all about. God blase you!!!
thank you so much sir for helping me understand easy way what SharePoint is and what best part about it 👍 if you have any tutorial of your own channel plz let me know I'd like to learn more about it. 😊
Brilliant synopsis. I have a new recruit to SharePoint and this wraps it up in an exciting and accurate way :-) Saved my life In having to recreate this myself!
Hey this is Raghav, Thanks for the video. It was very much useful. Just wanted to know, how to get this server, should I purchase....or do they have any tariff plans or login to some MS website...or is it only for business or home....Where do I find more info on this?.. Thank you all.
I think one of the best explanations of what SharePoint is. They just need to replace some of the images with the new Office Logos as it is much prettier now.
