I have a lot of anxiety so I started a do not fear bible garden. I take it everywhere…even to bed with me hehehe and it gives me comfort. Thank you for the inspiration !!!🥰😊
Not long after my husband and I were saved The Lord gave my husband a dream in the dream he told my husband to feed our son High Tower vegetables. I thought what is it he’s saying, feed him The Word. Now he and his wife sing and minister for God. Thank you for sharing ❤️
I am also going to use a separate binder to gather my thoughts and learnings as I read THE WORD OF GOD. I want it to go alongside each chapter and book. whoever reads my garden after I am gone will read my wilderness journey to learn who, and about MY CREATOR AND MY SAVIOR,
Hello sister I always love when you share your Bible gardens 💜😊 it’s so cool to see what you’re doing and get some inspiration for my own bible garden!
Cat, oh my you are great and inspiring. You are a warrior and artist for Christ. Your work reflects the beauty of God’s creation. I feel sorry for any Christian that does not appreciate your guidance. The Father would want us to love the Word and your artistry brings excitement and joy to the study process. Like you I have coloring Bibles and I use my artistry to express how I feel or understand how the Lord is teaching me for that day. Sometimes devotionals lead my study efforts. I study first in my study Bible but then express that scripture in art expressions. God did create art and artist. Why would he exempt His Word from artistic expression. I want to encourage you to keep doing what you do. You are sincere and truly inspirational. God Bless You and all your efforts.
On the presentation page in one of mine..I have my husband's name ..my name our ages and the date he got it for me just as a reminder when im older I'll always know when and how old we were we he got it for me
Hi Cat. My stickers and washi match the color of my Bible cover also. I fill out the marriage and death pages in mine. I like to record family history. Someday I hope my kids will enjoy reading my Bibles and journals. 😊
I have a Bible too that I use for reading only (no distractions highlighting markings anything) and it’s my first real leather bible, it’s a giant print HCSB!
Thank you so much sis 😘 it took many... many long hard hours long days & night over these pass few years to do so too. But it totally worth it and I'm not even halfway down yet 😂🤣 I would be farther alone by now. But I still have a FB to run and this channel and you all need more tips & tricks that would teach themselves 😉😊
Great review of your Bible Garden Bible’s! I had no idea how many Bible’s you are using to make Bible Garden’s! Just amazing, and so beautiful. Your beautiful heart shows on each page you design. Where did you find The large butterflies? I can’t go out shopping because of my health, and I see beautiful large flower’s, borders, butterflies., etc. i’m going to watch this again because I missed if you have a different theme for each one. It is so awesome that you are actually using your premium Bible’s to bloom & grow. Cat, you are such an inspiration to me; I only wish that I could accomplish the amount of time pouring over my Bible’s as you do in yours! I love you to pieces 💜💟✝️
Cat I thought you would get a kick out of this. 😂 I was watching but reading closed captioning and when you say “I am Cat Woods” closed captioning said “I am cat woman”. 😂😂😂 Awesome video as always!!!
Sister Cat, as I've said before, you are amazingly gifted & talented when it comes to your Bibles. I would like you to talk more about how you do the discipleship, God, sin, etc. marking in your Bible. Basically, how you determine which is which section. I also would like to know more about the weight of the paper & how do you tell which weight is in your Bible & which weight holds up best to writing & highlighting. I also would love to know about your tribute as well. Hubby & I have had a rough 3 months. I feel like I've hit a brick wall. I'm getting behind in my Scripture Writing & my devotional. I did finish the New Testament already & want to start over in Genesis but I'm struggling. I know God will get me thru this & our physical problems will work out. Just please say a prayer for us. God bless you my precious Sister in Christ! Much love!
Great idea for a video sis I'll be making that next just for you and others of course. Please know that I will be praying over you and your marriage please stay strong sister the storm will not last forever 🙏💕
@@catwoods5499 My precious Sister, thank you for your prayers over us. My dr told me my physical condition has worsened which means I am extremely limited in what I can do. My hubby was hospitalized from March 29 til April 2 due to a medication he was on that was causing his heart rate to just suddenly drop & he'd black-out & fall. This had happened several times but the weekend before I took him to the ER he had blacked-out & fell both Saturday and Sunday, injuring his arm pretty badly on Sunday. I did manage to straighten out the skin abrasion, cleaned & covered it with Vaseline & wrapped it in gauze. When we got to the ER they immediately took him in & began running all kinds of labs, xrays, CT scans, etc. He had a very bad kidney infection that was almost septic, the dr started him on a strong iv antibiotic & he was hooked up to a heart monitor. His hospital team figured out it was the metoprolol he had been on that was causing his heart rate to drop, causing him to pass out. Needless to say, he felt much better after that but still had to wear a heart monitor taped to his chest for several days, then send it in. He had a follow-up appt with our PCP on April 14th. She went over all his work-up from the hospital & found he had gallstones & needed surgery. So, we saw the surgeon in May & he had gallbladder surgery on June 4th. It was done laparascopically & surgeon said that went well. But, he totally knocked the breath out of me when he told me he didn't like the looks of my hubby's liver & he biopsied it! Hubby's had non-alcoholic cirrhosis caused by diabetes for several years but its never been a big issue til now. The surgeon told me his liver was lumpy & bumpy & it shouldn't be that way. So, we have a follow-up appt with his surgeon on 17th. I'm not able to sleep, terrible thoughts keep coming to my mind & I try to pray them away. Tonight I really have had a hard time holding back crying. I've been thru 2 bouts of cancer & God blessed me with those being found in very early stages. But I suffer from a severe, progressive form of fibromyalgia & osteoarthritis. I've depended on my hubby, even though he's disabled too but able to get around pretty good. He's had to fix or get us meals & groceries, I struggle with getting up from the bed, chair & car. I am in constant pain from head to feet 24/7 & feet swell to the point I have trouble getting shoes on. I struggle to shower & need help getting in & out, but I have a tub seat so that helps. I am so very afraid the surgeon is going to tell us hubby has liver cancer. Sister Cat, I honestly don't know what will happen if he does. I try not to think that, but that's what keeps coming to my mind. I pray almost constantly that whatever it is God will heal him. I have strong faith & can't understand why this is troubling me so. I so appreciate your prayers as I feel you are a true woman of God. I've never known as much about Bibles in my 62 years as I have learned from you. I thank God for you always! Even though we have not met face to face, I feel your sweet spirit & feel like we are true sisters. Just wanted to let you know what we are facing & the toll it is taking on me. If there are other prayer warriors you know, please ask them to pray as well. Hubby & I met at church where both parents went. He is a believer. We've been married almost 46 yrs & we've had ups & downs as everyone does but we have hung in there together all these years. I've been disabled for 22 yrs & have had to depend on him alot thru that time. Just please pray God will see us thru this & that His will be done. Thank you again, God bless you always!
Hey, Thanks for sharing your thoughts on Bible reading and study. These are cool ideas if you live in a country where you can choose or afford to get several different Bibles. Question: Is it ok to use any of the quotes you mentioned in the video? 💓 ADEBO (Tim's wife)
Hey sister! Do you have any autumn/fall inspo's for your bible gardens this year? I would love to create a rustic bible garden in my Mahogany calfskin Concord, but I've hit sort of artist's block.
Love seeing your Bibles. You obviously love God's word. Looking forward to seeing more. I have approximately 50 Bibles. How do you divide your time between yours?
Sister where did you get your tiny envelopes? Thanks for showing your process. I bought some of the small ones in your collection. Love that I have so many now!
I purchased these ones a long time ago at Michael's but...but you can still find other there. And I was always gifted one from Happy Mail from a Subscriber 😍
