You are literally the most inspiring youtuber I have come across. And the first to properly address mental health in such an honest and personal way!! I have watched so many of your videos! and I have such a similar story to you in many aspects. I dropped out of school during GCSEs, also had to re-do my A Levels due to being ill (mentally and as a result, physically). I am now in my second year of getting a Psychology degree :) Anything is possible. It's inspiring how you speak so openly about your Mental Health. I have always talked about Mental Health in general, as i'm doing MH Nursing at university & am really passionate about it, but have only really started talking about my own depression & anxiety now that i can rationalise it a bit more, having more understanding of myself & am well on the way to 'recovery'

I'd never heard that other name for this disorder- 'emotionally unstable' I feel like people have a completely different idea of what BPD is so it would be amazing if you did a definitions, types and yours types of video?x
I was just wondering if you had any tips or techniques for stopping self harm or whether you just told yourself you wouldn’t do it again, I’ve just started cbt and my biggest struggle is stopping self harm as along with my depression I have ocd so find it difficult to change my routine and take self harm out of it

samantha compton chi gung and meditation with some medication would be very beneficial.you have to get to the root cause of most illnesses which stem from various sources . some from subconcious negative emotions thoughts and feelings on a metaphysical level or genetics which are really thoughts that are passed down that are bricked in the body and mind from parents ancestors grandparents etc etc or this girl could go to a healer acupuncturist eat better exercise more all these things heal or ask god to heal her. mental illness is so prevelent now this is a mad mad world
