Excellent overview. Many thanks. I've just bought the IZ320UK. So far, very impressed with the performance and design, but have noticed that after a full house clean, my wrist/hand aches from holding the vacuum. Still an excellent purchase though.

I have one of the 1st Vertex cordless with the (old) brush in the back that I hate. I wish I knew when Shark was going to update them.now that I know this, am I waiting in vain til Shark comes out with swappable back roller? Instead of buying a brand new version, I can just swap the old back roller with the new age back roller?

Are the tools that come with the IZ models, the same size flitting for all of them?

we have a cordless shark but it absolutely stinks, we cleaned it out but no idea what to do other than replace it. any ideas? It is the one in the middle in your video.

Can you remove roller for cleaning on the WV 362 vac

I've got an IC160 which is essentially the same as the upright one there but without the anti hair wrap. It's brilliant. It does as good if not better a job at carpets as my previous corded Dyson, and does better on hard surfaces thanks to the 2 rollers. It's also more versatile and easier to use for stairs and as a fantastic car vacuum. I'd never buy a Dyson again.

first off, really good video thanks. I would have liked to hear about suction power differences between the ranges as well and the difference between the standard head and the othe motor head attachment -why have two different heads? whats the point?
