I know this video is 2 years ago. Just came back from a cruise and cruised to the bahamas. I went diving with these guys. Especially the dive leader. Wish the water was that calm when I went. Boat was rocking us all around the place.
Yes, you will need a padi open water certification card, at minimum. I suggest you have a few dives at 50 ft. And be able to control your bonance while on bottom. Thanks for watching my video. And hope to see you on the water.
Nothing against PADI, but any "Open Water" scuba diving certification is appropriate whether it's from PADI, NAUI, SSI, SDI, etc. What's the difference? To keep it simple, let's just say It's like having a drivers license from a different state. The all are accepted and respected everywhere, but getting them is slightly different.
Yes, a certification is required for this dive. And they go over an depth safety briefing before each dive. It's a safe dive. But you are in the ocean with wild animals.
