While the Shark VZ150 visors will fit in either helmet, since the EVO ES is built specifically for a non-Pinlock visor this may affect your helmet's warranty coverage and your Pinlock may get scratched. Thanks for the question!
@@newroads9787 Could you please tell the differences between ES and One 2? I can't find this information and where I live both of them have the same price, so I would like to know which one is better.
While the liner fabrics of the EVO ES and Evo One 2 have been changed, we found that the overall comfort level remained the same and that there was no radical change in the features offered. Thanks for the question!
The EVO-ES should be able to fit the Cardo Packtalk. While fitting the Slim may be more challenging due to the battery clamp, the Bold clamp should have no problem fitting in the helmet. Thanks for the question!
To select the bundle with the Sharktooth prime, all you have to do is scroll down to the bundle deals and click the "add to cart" button under the helmet thumbnail. You can also check out how to install the system here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-VqEoVzqTrQk.html Thanks for the question!
Bollox, why you said that its not recommended to ride with open helmet? This is study and recognised by insurance also. So, YES u can ride with cen bar open helmet.
It is perfectly fine to use the EVO-ES in the open position, and it has even been dual P/J certified to ensure this. The only point to be made in that situation is that it will provide less coverage and reduced safety.
Bro, this helmet is designed without the stupid pinlock. The pinlock is what falted the previous 2 designs. Why would you even compare? This visor is specially treated to be anti-fog. Why do u need a pinlock? Ridiculous. Stupid star rating system.
We have also completed a road test of the previous Evo One 2, you can check out how the helmet ranks here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-1gmdlc6R_kM.html The area that stood out the most between the two Shark helmets on the road actually ended up being the ventilation, which showed a strong improvement. Thanks for the question!
The EvoJet should be able to fit the Packtalk Bold System. The only challenge to keep in mind is that a large section of the chin bar lifts up, which means that the system may need to be mounted further back. Thanks for the question! What are your thoughts on the Shark helmet?
@@Championhelmets we just got them! We watched lots of videos on all different brands and the concept of the full view visor as well as the ease of it’s sun visor and fitting our glasses really appealed to us. We’re 70, 72
@@adellatrehal3881 Great to hear! We were also very impressed with the helmet's field of view, and it is definitely user friendly. Thanks for the reply! If you find you have any further questions, we're always happy to help
I scoured the internet for US Shark helmets, and all I found near Reno, was Cycle Gear. They have none. We ordered the Evojets and Cardo Bold duo and Alpinestar boots for excellent prices from Motocard, Spain. After everything arrived, I phoned Cycle Gear for the Bluetooth installation, and they wouldn’t accommodate us. Then, I found CHAMPION on RU-vid. I’m sorry I did not find you first! Now We have to install the Cardo system ourselves.
@@adellatrehal3881 Good to hear you were able to find your helmets in the end. And if you find you have any questions on the Cardo, we're more than happy to assist!
You said the helmet is an intermediate oval but this an evolution of the one-2 which was more round oval.. So did you make the mistake or is the helmet changed..?
@@chrisddr3 i did buy the helmet to try it but it did not fit my head.. I had hotspots on my temple area so I had to return it.. my guess is it's slightly round but more on the intermediate oval.. My head size: XL 61cm round-oval head shape for reference..
@@justinho3358 ah alright thanks a lot! It really sucks to be round oval in the west… what helmet have you managed to find? I was thinking of getting a Biltwell Lane Splitter since everyone says it’s a round head shape helmet even though I don’t really like the helmet itself
@@chrisddr3 I ended up getting a Gmax GM11 dual sport helmet.. can be used all season and it was really cheap.. under $200CAD.. although I had to make my own cutout grooves for cardo speakers.. but all in all happy for the value I get.. when I get more invested into Motorcycling I can slap down more $$ in the future..
It should be possible to fit the Sena 50S in the EVO-ES, though one thing to keep in mind is that the Sena speakers are slightly larger than the helmet's Sharktooth Prime speaker pockets. Even so though, it should fit. Thanks for the question! What are your thoughts on the Shark helmet?
4:06 I don't get it, what's the point of highlighting the top centre slider for the sun visor being ambidextrous when we'll never find a motorcycle fitted with a left throttle. If riders are to retain control of their ride with right hand on throttle and front brake, then the visor will always be operated by the left hand. trust me, raising my left hand to open the visor with the slider at the top is one of my greatest negatives.
I have one of these. I am seriously dissatisfied with it. The chin bar is very fiddly to lock in the closed position and pops out of it's locked position often. When the chin bar is in the open position, it is also very fiddly to unlock it. The anti fog is useless. The visor does not want to stay open on just one click, and this is irritating as I wear glasses that fog up at low speeds and i must have more ventilation than what the helmet's vents can provide. And lastly, It is the noisiest helmet I have ever had! Seriously loud wind noise. I have ordered a Shoei and put this low budget piece of shit on the shelf.
