Wow! Thank you for your video. I am diligent about emptying the dust cup after every use, Washing the foam filter monthly and keeping the spin brush clean. I could not for the life of me figure out how to pull the pieces apart after pushing the Remove Blockage button….until I saw your video! Had to yank pretty hard but Holy Moly the amount of debris that was clogged! I cleaned it all out and it works like brand new. Thank you so much!!
I couldn't seem to get the floor nozzle separated from the main unit, so I removed my brush & went up that way with one of those long plastic stick things that has teeth on it u use to clear a hair clog in your bathtub & it worked great!! They call it a "drain snake" on Home Depot, & it's only $3.... LOL Just be sure to lay the vacuum down completely flat where the thingy will go up there easier without a "crook" to fight thru! And then I used the same tool thingy to go into the hole where it comes out at the top of the handle & goes into the dust cup. Be sure to remove both ends of your roller, too, to remove any hair that is wound around it preventing it to turn as fast as it should be. I just did all of this to mine & it made a WORLD of difference! I think my problem is that I let that dust cup get too full way too many times & it causes it to clog. So now I'm being alot more aware of how full I let that cup get!
