I actually wanted to hear the question, Damon seemed to be asking about how/why Kevin structures deals...I've listened to Damon in interviews elsewhere, he asks really good questions sometimes
Love how she mixed generational knowledge she learned from her adorable grandparents and the scientific based curriculum she has earned as a proper agricultural researcher and horticulture expert
Everyone complaining about $11 a bar, but will spend $15 on a shot at the bar lol. Her story is beautiful and she has an amazing product. I just purchased 2 bars. I can't wait to try them.
Dr Squatch soap is similar, $12 a bar. My husband loves it and I swear he got hooked in bc of the masculine branding. But yup, $12 a bar. I've been saying someone needs to knock off the very 'pure' brick soap for like, $6.
I highly doubt that bar was actually made in Germany. Not for 4 EUR the cost of labour is way too high for that to be considered good margins unless they like losing money??
I disagree. Candace saw potential in this company; you should know that Black-Owned, Women businesses need someone that can say “yes” when everyone else says “no”; those companies need to work extra hard to meet up to other companies. If Emma Grede was with Candace Nelson, then they can make an exceptional deal with Gently Soap.
I buy IMPERIAL LEATHER SOAP they've got a beautiful smell to it but I'm not paying $11 DOLLARS for a bar of soap ..HELL NO...But its beautiful?? Dont care I'm still not paying it...
