The sharks were treating the second guy like crap for knowing his value even though that’s how they all act constantly. I can’t stand Daymon’s giant ego. He has the least money out of any shark maybe that’s why he’s so insecure. Fubu hasn’t been relevant since the late 90’s 😂😂

SOOOO many of you say Kevin is harsh, Kevin is mean, Kevin is this and that. But again, LOOK at him tearing up at the last pitch. He's a softy. He's a good, genuine guy. And that last pitch was the best pitch I've ever seen. The first time I teared up myself. Incredible!

Keep in mind the business, the fact his sales plummeted and had no money. His business was worth nothing, despite the sad story. She wasn't buying his business, she was buying the patent for other smart people to work on, or lawyers to go after others unknowingly infringing. Sharks have done this before; likely the patent is worth half as much but with shark tank mojo, it's worth it for the show. The family gets their $400,000 back with a $300,000 kicker and potential if it hits. Better than zero and nearly half a million in debt (likely all their homes and kids college educations.)

the second one (shirt/sweater)... the sharks should use that more... let them feel like they are walking out with no deal... feel it... then offer one last take it or leave it offer. From a negotiating standpoint, I just found that to be very effective. Third one... his Dad was the Dad from Gremlins.
