She's not only their other fully capable lead singer, she's an award-winning drummer who can sing flawlessly while playing difficult parts, she is the band's main arranger and lyricist and sets up/controls the electronics they use for the click and backing tracks. On top of all that, she's got personality out the wazoo. She's the beating heart of the band.
